저의 경우도 글쓰신 분과 유사케이스입니다.

근데 이런 경우 대부분 약부터 먹을것을 권하더군요.

ㅎㅎㅎ

근데 어쩝니까. 저의 경우 이미 약까지 1년이상 먹어봤고 효과는 거의 못보고

부작용으로 약을 이미 끊은 상태....한마디로 약으로 해결을 못봤네요.

효과가 있다고 하더라도 저의 경우 만성피로 등등의 부작용이

심해서 다시 먹을 생각은 절대 없습니다.-,- 약끊으니까 부작용이 싹 사라지데요.

역시 정수리랑 윗머리쪽은 수술로도 불가능한건지..아 슬프네요.
