Hello.
I'm finally having a transplant next week.

My hair is a little thin and my hair is about normal.
Will my occipital laryngeal hair follicles lose a lot of laryngeal hair?
I think 1800 hair follicles are a lot, so would an incision be good?

I'm worried that my larynx will look cracked and empty even when I grow it out because it's lost a lot of larynx.
