I've been transplanted about 3,000 hairs because of m-shaped hair loss

I still feel like it's big..Would it be better to plant more?

Or is it better to fill the density with scalp tattoos?

I'm worried that if I get a tattoo and later lose natural hair other than transplant hair, the back will be empty and only the front part of the tattoo will be left..
