This is a story that happened around October 2023, when I joined Daemo due to hair loss concerns and was recommended to a Hair Loss Hospital who is good at surgery in Seoul.

At that time, I didn't promise to make a reservation after receiving 1:1 consultation at the plastic surgery clinic, and the Noxx consultation manager recommended a temporary reservation on the condition that I would pay only a portion of the surgery fee, not 10%, and get a refund at any time.
I followed the Fair Trade Commission's refund regulations and asked for a refund, but I kept refusing, so I asked the Consumer Protection Agency and after 5 months, the two sides reached an agreement smoothly through the final mediation decision, and I am currently in the process of refunding.

Although I asked for a sincere apology from the counseling manager, I didn't receive it at the end.
I've suffered a lot in the meantime. Without the concerns of many DaMo members, the hard work of the Consumer Protection Agency, and the help of DaMo management, I don't think I would have been able to endure it.

Currently, I had surgery through another hair loss clinic last year, and I'm in the fifth month of surgery. Looking at the better-growing transplant hair than I thought, I'm very satisfied and I'm glad I chose a different clinic^^
