[Hair Transplant] Kim Puck's Hair Transplantation in 30s Real Review April 1st Transplantation - Photo Included

First, this article is dedicated to 15 million hair loss people in Korea who suffer the same pain as themselves (men in their 30s).
Surrounding - This article is about subjective thoughts and opinions on hair loss and hair transplantation that I felt and learned. You're right when you refute it. After I decided to have a hair transplant, I left this article for the next generation of hair loss people after I felt it with my body during the hair transplant.
After his girlfriend (the head of the beauty salon) persuaded me for two years while watching the miracle of the customers' hair transplant, I finally decided to plant it. I've never been near the operating room since circumcision in my life, and I want to plant it because I'm a Henan among Hanamja, but I was scared, so it was hard to make up my mind...
Now that I've made up my mind, I'll look for the data. I look up large cafes and sites, but I can't see the materials right away just by signing up.. Climbing... Climbing... Climbing.. Of course, I think it's a necessary place of business for site or cafe management, but I find these things so annoying and hard.. So I hope that people who read this can easily get what I sold by hand with just this article.
Chapter 0 - Let's Admit Hair Loss - Stress is not good for hair loss, as all the artificial gods in the world say.
I know that. But it's a bigger stress vicious cycle. The start of hair loss treatment should start with acknowledging and accepting that you are a hair loss person That's how you get less stress. Don't deny it, visit nearby hospitals, get diagnosed, and take medicine.
The most basic treatment for hair loss is taking medicine. Older adults (including their fathers) are talking about all kinds of diets, hair loss shampoo, and so on, but they don't want to take medicine. Take medication = I think it's because there are many people who think side effects can occur. I also stopped taking drugs for a while because I thought my erectile power was gradually decreasing after taking them steadily, but there was no significant difference, and after looking at a lot of counseling and materials, I concluded that it was [Obiirak]. As I get older, gain weight, and my physical ability decreases, my sexual function has weakened, not because of medicine. If a side effect has occurred, it is said that the side effect occurs immediately after taking only one to two weeks, and the drug ingredients are no longer left in the body after more than three months of quitting the drug. If so, the cause is your lack of exercise and aging.. Let's acknowledge and accept it. If you think you are in your early 20s with hair loss, it is recommended not to have a hair transplant immediately, but to have a hair transplant after 6 to 9 months of medication. For this reason, it was determined that about 3,000 hair transplants were needed as of now, but the progress after drug treatment has improved, so even if 2,000 hair or less is planted, it can be covered. Planting less than 1,000 hairs will reduce the cost first and save more hair, enabling secondary and tertiary hair transplantation later. Let's take some medicine first.
Chapter 1 - Deciding to Plant Kim Puck - First, search the Internet and sell your hand to find out about the hospital. I focused on two areas, Daegu and Seoul, where I live. Usually, I will choose Seoul or where I live close to access.
So, I concluded that the Daegu hair transplant hospital is well established, so I decided to do it in Daegu and selected three to four places and made a consultation reservation. The consultation cost was similar, ranging from 5,000 won to 10,000 won.
It usually takes about an hour for all consultations to finish. I set a date and emptied the whole day and received counseling all day long. When I made a reservation, I made a consultation reservation every hour + travel time, and went to counseling all day.
After several consultations, the way the consultation is conducted is similar. First, after an interview with the counseling manager, you will take a few simple pictures and then consult with the doctors on how to plant and how.
Let's write down the questions to ask before we get counseling. There are times when I can't think of a question when I ask a question, but after the counseling is over.
I received counseling from three places in Daegu: hㄹㄹ, ㅂㄷ, and ㅈㄹ, and the contents and method of counseling were similar in all three places. ㄷㅁ was also mentioned a lot, but the price range was a little burdensome, so I passed it. The price range is guided accordingly because each hospital has a price tag. [Example: Non-cutter 0000 Mo, 000 million won, 000 Mo, 000 million won] The parameters recommended in all three places were different. Starting with the hairline of the front part, it was recommended in the direction of implantation in the direction of M-shaped hair loss.
Now it's time to finish counseling and make a choice. First, you have to decide how to do it and where to proceed with the surgery. You make a decision after prioritizing your own decision.
Priorities I thought 1. Surgery success rate (I think this will be the same for everyone) 2. Surgery scars (Hair transplant itself is for cosmetic purposes... ) 3. Reasonable price (I don't think it's expensive but successful or cheap) 4. Pain (I'm a 10-man man among Hanam-ja.) 5. Follow-up care (to what extent postoperative care and after-sales service are possible) I thought about it until the end, called again, and after thinking about it, I chose the operation by incision in The Black. (Mutual comments will be revised if it becomes a problem later.) I think everyone's first thought is about incision vs non-section. Of course, I thought about it until the end and even booked two places, but I canceled one place and proceeded with an incision.(When I asked if there was a cancellation penalty and proceeded with the reservation, I did not have a cancellation penalty in all three places.) 1. Surgery success rate According to many of the data I looked for, the success rate of surgery is almost determined by the operator's ability to perform. And it is said that the rest of the part may differ in the patient's condition or follow-up management. So I decided to get it from an experienced doctor.
In addition, both incisions and non-incisions do not differ significantly in terms of incidence and are similar. Still, in the process of ousting hair follicles, non-cuttings can damage hair follicles a little more than incisions, and the slightest bit is precious to hair loss people...
I think the most important thing in postoperative management is not to do what you are told to do rather than to take good care of what you are told to do. I recommend watching Netflix or playing games all day at home, whether it's alcohol, cigarettes, or scratching surgical parts or shock, excessive movement, sauna, etc. Let's not do anything. Let's just rest. 2. In the case of surgical scar incision, the patient's scalp condition or hair density postoperative management technology may lead to small or large scarring. Non-excision is also not completely free of surgical marks. At first, I thought of a non-intersection because of the scar after the operation, but when the director said that the scalp was in good condition and that the scar would not appear or would remain soft, the operation was performed with an incision. If scarring occurs later, I will cover it with SMP procedure and upload the cover photo later.
If it's been about 10 months since I wrote it, I would have uploaded the scarring and SMP cover reviews. I hope it will help you decide on surgery after checking it once.
3. Rational Price Since this part is relative to each individual, my opinion is unlikely to matter, but from looking up and reading many articles, there seem to be a lot of incisions of 500 to 600 non-incisions of 800 to 1000 based on 4,000 hairs.
4. I was worried a lot because I saw a lot of articles saying that I was sick during pain incision surgery and that I was sick during minimal anesthesia. I, who is a scaredy-cat who is a ㅆ man among Hanam-ja, was nervous on the morning of the operation and went to get a ㄸ because my stomach hurt while waiting for the operation, and the director came to visit me... I was so worried, but I felt a little sting when I ousted my scalp with my director's sleep anesthesia + minimal anesthesia fantasy collaboration, and after that, the preoperative process really didn't hurt at all. I was worried that it would hurt if the anesthesia was relieved after surgery, but it didn't hurt. But sleeping was the problem. On the first day of surgery, it would be easier to just give up sleeping. There is no such pain as not being able to sleep because you are sick, but if you lie on your back with a pillow, the discomfort of not being able to sleep comes flooding in. I've tried to sleep a few times, but it's already past 4 a.m., and I just gave up neatly and watched Netflix playing games, and then I get tired and can't feel the pain and sleep.
5. Follow-up I had surgery 2 days after surgery. I provide two shampoos after 4 days, thread removal after 12 days, and scalp care (a total of 8 times) every 2 weeks from a month. This part varies from hospital to hospital, and there were some places that were included in the cost of surgery, some that required separate care costs, and others whose prices vary depending on the quality of care. A/S is said to be able to A/S the part where the problem occurs if the problem occurs one year after surgery. If there is no problem until a year later, you can think that the whole process is over.
Chapter 2 - Surgery - I decided to perform an incisional 5,000 hair procedure and quickly booked a surgical date 3 weeks after the first consultation. When you first recommended 5,000 Mo, I thought it was too much, but I decided to trust the director's 20 years of experience. (Now that I think about it, I think I did a good job.) It was decided to reinforce not only the hair loss progressed, but also the side hair, which was originally thin. Among the places I received counseling, only The Black director readily said that everything from the front forehead line to the M-shaped side hair reinforcement was possible.
It seems that the first time surgery on the day of surgery was scheduled at 6:30 a.m., and after arriving at the hospital at around 6:20, the stomach was sick, so the ㄸ was cheap and the surgery began at around 7 p.m. after the change. He was lying on his stomach on the operating bed and shaking. Wait, I'm dizzy. SoooooUh uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. I was really surprised because it didn't hurt. I was worried about when I was sick, when I was sick, when I was sick, but I finished it and I was suturing it... It doesn't hurt. Who said the incision was painful...
It feels like 20 minutes? It seems to have caught it and after it was over, I lay in the waiting room for about 2 hours and then started the transplant around 9:10. Once again my sleep anesthesia arm can be a little numb ㅓㅓㅓㅓ oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo...this time music is playing from the O.R. radio. It's a pop song that I've heard a lot, but I don't remember it There is a beach in front of me. It was Waikiki Beach I've never been there or seen it, but it was clear. When I wake up on the beach, I hear a clicking sound of transplanting with a plover. It doesn't hurt. It really doesn't hurt at all. Thus, the CEO's front hairline surgery was completed for about two hours, and the director's surgery continued after a short break. The total operation time seems to have taken about 5 hours, about 2 hours and 40 minutes. It doesn't mean that you're both quick-witted Brush the hairline with a comb in the middle and plant it while checking the hair curl. I'm a suspicious person, so should I really plant all 5,000 hairs? I honestly thought that it would be called 5,000 hairs after planting it roughly... So I looked at the clock in front of the operating room and checked how many hair follicles are planted per minute, and it's fast. Plant one every three to four seconds, 15 to 18 hair follicles per minute. I think I planted about 3800 hair follicles even if I couldn't because I had surgery for a large amount of 5 hours. I think I planted more than 5,000 hairs.
Arrive at the hospital at 6:20 p.m. >7:00 to 7:20 p.m. >7:20 to 9:10 p.m. Waiting - 9:10 to 11:10 p.m. The CEO's first procedure (front and side forehead hairline) >11:10 to 12:00 p.m. Rest (Fresh taste provided by Ottogi porridge) >12:00 to 14:50 The director's second procedure (top of the M-line) seems to have taken about 8 hours, and the actual operation time seems to have taken about 4 to 5 hours.
Day 1 post-operative - Anesthesia has been lifted but it doesn't hurt. Just a degree of tingling or throbbing. have a stiff back of one's head. It's hard to turn your head from side to side. If you lie down, the suture site is very uncomfortable.
Let's just give up sleeping. It's convenient to give up.. Let's stop by Daiso and make sure to buy a travel neck pillow. If you sleep with a neck pillow on your computer desk or put it in the form of a donut, you can sleep at least.
Day 2 post operations - It doesn't hurt or sting, it starts to tickle. Scratch it and it gets j.. Hang in there 3rd day after surgery - tlqkf or ticklish. Hang in there. If you really scratch it, you'll get it. If you just put up with it, you'll be fine. I feel better after washing my hair at the hospital. Consultation with the head of the hair washing company. You said the surgery went well. I'm glad... I was going to rest until today, but it's okay, so I just work.
Oh, when I go around, I don't wear a hat and just go around. It doesn't show much when I look at it. It's hard to see because the surgical scars behind it are covered. Office workers can take two to three days off and just go.
After the operation, the operation was performed on April 1st, and it has been about 3 days until April 4th, and I will do it if I can continue to upload the progress after that.
If the response is okay, I'll make sure to post it more often. I hope it will help many people with hair loss in Korea. If you have any questions, I will reply when I have time.
Oh, and the CEO of The Black is on YouTube. When I went in, I was curious about everything I looked for.. I found out more from watching YouTube than when I was consulting... You didn't even tell me you had a YouTube channel when you were consulting.. So there are a lot of videos and the quality is good, but there are no subscribers...Lol I recommend you to subscribe and watch the video once.
>Recommendation of 3 to 4 transplant surgery procedures in Daegu > Don't decide on incision or non-section but choose your own advantage after consultation >5000 cosmetic surgery procedures in The Black after consultation >Reason for selection: All areas you want can be operated on. I'm worried about the scars and pain, but I think the incision is better for the case of a second operation after the hair loss progresses over time. After that, it was determined that the scar could be covered with SMP.
>I was scared because of incision, but it didn't hurt Surgery for a total of 8 hours including waiting time > Surgery does not hurt. I'm not sick, but I'm uncomfortable sleeping on the first day - I can't sleep. From the second day, sleep >Daiso travel neck pillow preparation - I got some sleep because of this.
>The surgery went well on the 4th day. I think it'd be great if the density of satisfaction was good, but it would be great if it went well.
-CEO of The Black Shin Dong-pil's YouTube channel - I watch this video and choose surgery.
If you look at the other videos, you'll be able to solve a lot of questions.
Only two pictures of https://youtu.be/SpRBPY-oGP4?si=F1VR7bsWENaNUA1M have been uploaded, so I will post a picture of the hair transplant in the photo review
