I had a hair transplant 6 years ago and recently had a scalp tattoo because the M-shaped line looked empty

2)I wonder if transplanted hair doesn't go well with existing hair and looks unnatural, like fine hair or pig hair, since the early days of surgery, but it's common or failed in hair transplants
