To summarize the procedure

I was eating 1 month and a half of adot alone, and I transplanted about 2502 hair follicles from Apgujeong Mammoth in 2025.02.28.
I'm a male in my early 40s, non-smoker, and I'm an R.S. That's why I rarely drink.
I don't care about my hairline because I wear a hat to work
I cut my hair a little before the procedure and started. She was very sorry that she couldn't cover it
It wasn't an issue to worry about at all because the person concerned was okay.
Come to think of it, there's a place other than this hospital where you get an extra fee if you don't shave your head...

During the procedure, it didn't hurt at all because of laughing gas and local anesthesia
After I finished, I wore a beanie and came home to relieve my anesthesia, but it didn't hurt again. I ate well and slept well on the neck support pillow that the hospital gave me.
(The meal was as clean as possible, and I think I slept for more than 8 hours.)

Day 2
I told them to shampoo on their own because all the places I got counseling were closed except here,
The hospital I went to opened a hospital just for me.
When I woke up, the bandages and hats that I had worn the day before were unfastened, and I woke up at around 7:30 to lie down for another half hour, and then it was unfastened
I was flustered. Fortunately, none of the places I wrapped in plastic came off, so I immediately put on a bandage, put on a beanie, and had breakfast and left.
When I was taking the bus, I wondered why it smelled so bloody, but as expected, the cause was myself.
Fortunately, the hemostasis was complete and there was no sign of blood on the pillow.

At 11:00 AM on March 01, 2025, the qualified scalp care team leader welcomed me and gave me the first bubble shampoo after the procedure

Day 3

And using an empty bottle purchased from Daiso the day before, I diluted the caffeine shampoo 6: water 4 and put the rest of it on top of it
I used it to wrap it around.
I usually work out in the car, so I was itching to skip it for 3 days
I went to the gym and spent 1200kcal riding the bike machine for 2 hours. My heart rate is only 80~85, so I barely sweat
It's just the lower body.
The meal was as clean as possible and I took prescribed medicine at every meal. This medicine is over tomorrow morning.
After that, I'm thinking of taking Zirtek for a while.
I wore a beanie while working out, and after returning home, I continue to spray it every 40 minutes.
I'll have to use a humidifier today as well.
