[Post-surgery Care] My tip for getting 95% of hair on the skin

The title is a little aggro, so I'm sorry. ㅋ On the 6th day after the hair transplant on April 17, I'd like to write down my thoughts that I've been managing.
I searched hundreds of times before surgery, and my writing will help others someday I think it's right that doctors' skills determine surgery.
But it's up to the patients to manage that skill as it is.

Let's focus on what the patient can do.
The key to postoperative care is 'don't touch'.

1. When I sleep (neck pillow, hands and feet) I put other blankets in my head and waist for the first three days to make a slope and sleep on an airplane with a neck pillow.
If blood is concentrated on the face, swelling occurs in the surgical area and face, so it is better to sleep with a slope.
And it's best to sleep facing the front after surgery, because it has a hemostatic effect on the back of the head, and when you lie on your side, rubbing the side of your head or M-shaped part on the pillow causes hair follicle dropout.

How to control your hands when you sleep is the most important thing.
This is because you can touch your head unconsciously.
Many doctors recommend that you tie your hands with a shoelace and send it to your back to control your hands, and I slept with the hair transplant money touch shackles on the market.
The satisfaction level is 99.9%.
I also bought Dr. Yong's hair transplant scratch glove, but I can't sleep at all because I do both shackles and gloves, so I sleep only with shackles.
Both products are in the mid 30,000 won range.
At first, I was thinking about what to buy between the two, but I bought both because I didn't want to spend a few million won on hair transplants and save tens of thousands of won.

On the first day, I lay down for 8 hours, but I don't think I slept for 4 hours, and on the second day, I think I slept for about 6 hours, and I'm still having trouble sleeping.
I've been sleeping with my face rubbed to the side all my life, and I didn't know it was this hard to sleep facing the front.
I'm going to put on a neck pillow and sleep straight ahead for just two weeks with the mindset of practicing.

If you feel uncomfortable sleeping with your hands tied, you have a blue single-use surgical cap, right? Wear that before you go to sleep.
It is said that when you unconsciously touch your head while sleeping, the surgical cap prevents you from scratching when it touches your hand.
(The doctor said on YouTube.). It's written in a textbook or an academic journal) 2. I often feel pain and itching after a hair transplant, but when I'm watching YouTube, eating or doing something at home, I often don't know if I have a hair transplant.

So, when I apply lotion to my face, when I watch a movie, when I clean my laundry, I often unconsciously put my hands on my head.

So I always tried to be aware of it by attaching about 10 pieces of A4 paper that said "head" to the house.
Still, when you rub your eyes or lean your head against the sofa, your head goes to your head.
That's why you're shackled even during the day.

It has the effect of controlling the hand toward the head at the shoulder, and it has the effect of recognizing that it is in a hair transplant state by feeling that it keeps getting stuck on the hand.

Even if it's not shackled, it would be nice to tie a towel big on your hand or hang it up so that you can recognize it whenever you move your hand.

3. I don't exercise when I take a walk, but I only take a walk for 30 minutes to an hour at night.
It's not exercise, it's just a blood circulation concept.

Don't look at your phone and walk forward.

Unexpectedly, tree branches or heads are often scratched.

I wonder if something will fall from a sign or a protruding area... I always walked to the center.

I've never done that in my life?? You can do it, but that's what happens (laughs)

#Cases of management failure There are about eight people around me who have had hair transplants, including family and friends, and two people have received aftersales service due to management failure.

The first failed management case When I went to shampoo the day after the surgery, I was careful enough to take a taxi.
They said they couldn't ride public transportation because they were scared.
But when you get in the back seat of the taxi, both sides fall slightly curved. The taxi driver crossed the bump hard and hit the right M-shaped surgery area directly on the diagonal ceiling.
So the hair follicle the size of a thumb nail died...ㅠ I recommend tall taxi drivers to take the front passenger seat and lie down.

The second failure case: On the first day of the hair transplant, I fried eggs to take care of nutrition, but cooking oil splashed on the M-shaped surgery area.
So do you want to wipe the oil off or leave it alone? My cousin just instinctively just scrubbed it off with his hands.
Not to prevent oil from hurting hair follicles...I just got an aftersales service a year later because it just spills oil.
Human unconsciousness and instinct are this scary.
I should be careful...You might not be able to.
So when I cook, you know the blue surgical cap of the nurses? I use it and cook it.
It's not oil, but even if water splashes while washing dishes, you can rub it with your forearms.

#Of course, you shouldn't eat extra meals, alcohol, cigarettes, alcohol, cigarettes. If you can't stand it for 2-3 weeks, you'll lose your head.

It is said that there is no limit to the diet except for foods that are too greasy, but I only ate healthy food as much as possible except for super-made and junk foods.
I am eating fish, eggs, beans, tofu, seaweed soup every day and increasing the amount by 1.5 times more than usual, so I am eating very well in various ways.

My hobby is to play the harp about 20 times a year with 10kg, so I plan my diet very well. #Most of the days on the day of the abdominal surgery are told to wear a shirt, not a T-shirt.
It's to prevent the transplant area from being swept away when you get dressed and take it off.
I've been wearing 5 cheap Thai shirts for 7 days now ㅋ지문 I'm going to wear only the shirt until the 10th day of the fingerprint shampoo.

If you wear clothes with a narrow neck, the transplant hair often falls out, so you have to be careful again.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------
I just wrote a few things.
It's not about losing a few million won if you fail to get a hair transplant, it's about losing my precious hair follicle, which I can't buy even with money.

For two weeks, I'm going to avoid falling leaves with a mind of discipline, and I'm going to be as careful as I can for a month.

Each doctor has a different period, but usually after 10 to 2 weeks, there is no significant difference in the birth rate.
However, I don't think there will be any resentment toward me later if I have to suffer properly once I suffer from 10 days, 14 days, or 20 days.

If my hair rate goes down, it's definitely a doctor's lack of skills LOL If there is a warranty dispute later, can the hospital suspect my 'negligence of care'?

Then I said very confidently, "I did everything 100%. " "This is your lack of skills..." I'll scold you.

HOSPITAL- Didn't you write that when you were sleeping?

- There is a case of posting a photo review of a specific hospital at the same time as signing up, so the name of the hospital will be deleted from the photo review that includes the name of the hospital in addition to the "photo evaluation bulletin board."
- Regardless of the content, the comparative evaluation of A vs. B hospitals, recommendation inquiries, or answers comparing multiple hospitals will be considered advertisements and deleted without notification.
