I've been aware of hair loss since I was in college, so I started with medicine, but I ended up with Hair Transplant.
It's been almost 10 years since I first took the drug, and I'd like to summarize it because I got a lot of information from the DAEDAMO.

1. Before Hair Transplant, take hair loss medicine.

Since I was a college student, I noticed that I had hair loss early on and took medicine, but there was also a limit.
It's about holding the hair that's there, but it's not new, so I was very stressed out when I took pictures or when the wind blew.
So I ended up doing Hair Transplant.
Still, my teachers told me that my hair condition was very good because I took medicine.

2. Find out Hair Transplant Hospital

3. the day of Hair Transplant surgery

The only thing to care about on this day was clothing. I wore a zip-up jacket and clothes because it was easy to take off my top after surgery.
The estimate is 3500.

4. Right after the Hair Transplant until the 9th day.

It is completely impossible to touch the head because the nasogastric incision is considered as the birth period until the 9th day. In addition, I even shaved my head partially, so I chose to take my annual leave and not go out of the house. This was a very difficult time. I can't go out, I don't know if the result came out well, and I slept nervous that I might toss and turn and rub my head on the bed when I was sleeping... Among the things I did at that time, the most memorable ones are as follows.
- Spray it every hour until the 3rd day (I thought I should do it for a week at the time, but now I think it's enough up to the 2nd or 3rd day)

- Adjust the humidity of the house to 50~60% (The wound is said to heal well in an environment where there is some humidity)
- Don't eat too hot soup or spicy food (because it's hard to shampoo + contamination by sweat, etc.)
- I don't use a pillow and sleep with a towel

5. Day 9 to 3 months

It's time to get back to your daily life. The most memorable thing at this time was seeing the red color of my scalp right after shampooing, and I thought this might be a side effect lol... The reddish one was a little long for me, but it disappeared in about 3-4 months.
I've been shampooing hard since the 9th day, but I've only done it gently on the outside of my scalp. When I pressed my insides, there was a tingling pain under my scalp, and my intuition felt that my insides were hardly healed. I think that feeling didn't disappear quickly and lasted up to four months. In other words, it means that you've been healing under your scalp until then, right?
I think the dark age came at a later time than others. It didn't get dark until the 4th week and just grew up, so isn't it just going to be my head like this? I thought so, but after that, I started falling in. If you look closely, you'll see some hair that bends from the scalp. You can think that it's going to fall out soon.
I've been going to the gym for a while, but I started working out safely a month later.

- Don't shampoo too hard like acupressure
- The dark ages start from the first month
- I started working out from the first month

6. 3 to 6 months

Now I have almost no hair falling into the dark ages (I had a strand or two until five months) and I've completely returned to my daily life. My hair may not be red, but when I was worried, the pain disappeared a lot. I went to the salon after 3 months, and the hairdresser told me about the side effects of pig tails of other customers, so I was a little worried. Even if there are not many, I could see hair that looks like that among the children who grew up planting. I saw a post saying that it was because the hair follicles were damaged when planted and grew into damaged hair follicles, so I did it every time I shampooed it by pulling it slightly so that the hair would grow as straight as possible.

- Redness of scalp, soreness gone
- When I turned 3 months old, I went to the hair salon
- While you're shampooing, grab it between your fingers and pull it slightly over your hair

7. 6 months to a year
I don't really have anything to do from six months. It's grown to a certain extent, and I just wanted my bangs to grow quickly.
I had short hair because my planted hair had to grow until 8 months. I used wax and spray, but I guess it didn't matter if I used it since I've seen a good one so far.
The good thing about coming now is to feel the peace of mind that leaves your head untidy even if the wind blows. As expected, planting is the best lol..
