Hello, I'm writing to ask for advice from seniors in the hair loss community. I'm looking forward to it as I've recently booked Hair Transplant surgery, but I'm also very worried. In particular, the dark age that comes after surgery is the most worrisome. I looked it up and found that the transplant hair falls out once and then grows back, but I wonder if it actually looks very empty during the dark age, and if it interferes with daily life or work.

We would like to hear from those who have experienced how long the dark age usually lasts and whether you feel more hair loss at that time. I'm also curious about how you managed to hold your heart. I'm worried that I'll be sensitive to small changes ahead of the surgery. Please give me some advice.
