고민 끝에 모디에서 3000모 이식 받고 왔어요
3000모 이식 받은 건 받고나니까 밀도 적당해서 만족하고 있어요!
이식 초기에는 병원에서 준 생착 스프레이 착실하게 뿌려주고
사후관리도 다녀왔는데 다음 사후관리 텀 동안 혼자 집에서
어떻게 관리해주면 좋을지 모르겠더라고요
검색해보니까 단백질 많이 먹어주면 좋다고 하던데
실제로 이식 후에 식단 관리 해보신 분 효과 좋았나요?
