절개 모낭수 국내와 해외 차이가 왜 나는지?

식모기 사용과 슬릿 사용에 대한 이유는 알고 있습니다.
국내는 의사만 심을 수 있으니 아무래도 일일이 슬릿내서 심기가 힘들다고
이해하고 있습니다. 그런데 식모기를 사용한다고 쳐도
절개할 때 말이죠. 사람 뒷머리 조건은 비슷하다고 봤을 때
캐나다 라할이나 인도 같은 경우는 절개여도 가능하게 3500모낭 정도
나오는데 왜 국내는 3~4,000모 정도 즉 2000모낭을 못 넘을까요?
즉 국내가 훨씬 적은 부분을 절개 한다는 건데 왜 그럴까요?
단순히 절개 실력이 떨어지는건 아닐텐데 그리고 식모기를 사용하면
의사가 하더라도 슬릿에 비해 수술 시간이 훨씬 빠를텐데
왜 4,000모 이상이 안되는지 궁금하네요...
우리나라 손실력이 좋은데 왜 모발에서 뒤쳐지는지 이해가 안갑니다.
