모발이식후 흡연?

모발이식한지 4일 지나갔네요
병원측에선 절대로 담배피우지 말라고 했는데 하루에 두갑씩 피웁니다;;
제가 워낙 골초이다보니...
이식한 곳 아직까진 아무 이상이 없네요...
제가 금연을 않한 이유는 첫째가 금연 힘들어서이고 -_-;
둘째가 걍 그동안 살아온 패턴대로해서 신체에 변화를 주지않아야
이식된 모발이 더 잘 적응할거라는 엉뚱한 생각을;;;
그냥 생활의 모든 면에서 이식하기전이랑 이식한 후랑 똑같이 하고
있답니다
아..그리고 머리도 이식한 다음날부터 계속 샴프로 뒷머리 비벼서감고
앞에 이식한 부분은 삼프물이 흐르도록유도하죠
대신 샤워기는 약하게 틀고 걍 앞뒤 다 샤워기대고 헹굽니다
조심조심할거 없다고봅니다 전 =ㅅ=
몇모낭 빠지면 까짓거 병원가서 몇모낭 이식해달라고하믄되죠머=ㅅ=
너무 조심 앤드 소심 ..전 그런거 딱 제 스탈이 아니라서;;;
그나저나 뒷머리 무지 가렵네요;;
아..앞으로 이식하실 분들..한가지 팁 알려드릴꼐요..
자다가 이식한 부분 혹시 긁거나 건드리지 않을까 걱정되시죠?
전 수술당일날밤 의자에 앉아 양팔을 혁띠로 의자 손걸이에 묶고
의자에 앉아서 잤답니다..무식한;;;=,.=
하지만 하나 개발한 저희 방법;;지금은 편히자는데요..
우선..침대에 누울 곳에 남방 하나를 깝니다
그리고 엉덩이부분이 남방을 누르는 형태로 눕습니다
그리곤 남방 왼소매로 왼손목을 묶고 오른 소매로 오른손목을 묶으세요
그렇게묶으면 팔을 올려도 최대 가슴위치정도밖에 올라오지않아요
잘때 머리 건드리고싶어도 건드릴수 없다는...
잠결에 옆으로 몸을 비틀경우 머리 건드를수있잤냐구요?
그럼 엉덩이부분과 남방을 혁띠로 묶고 주무세요 +.+
모발이식하실려면 빨리하세요..
수술한 시점에서 9개월 후에나 쓸만해지니 하루라도 빨리 하심이
좋을거같아요...형편따라가다가는 어느세월에...
형편따라가다가 서른여덟인데 결혼도 못했답니다;;^^;
