모발이식후 딱지가 거의 없는것은 오히려 큰 문제인가요?

9일정도 됬는데, 앞머리쪽은 딱지가 조금 생겼는데, 정수리 부분은 멀쩡해요...

다른분들은 딱지랑 갈라짐이 생긴다는데, 전 갈라짐은 커녕...딱지도 앞머리에 조금밖에 없습니다...이식모도 전혀 자란것 같지 않구요...

딱지가 안생기면 생착이 안된건가요? 불안해지기 시작하네요..
