m자 모발이식 42일째 입니다
동반탈락이 아직 심하군요
이식한머리는 거의 다 빠졌구요
수술전보다 훨씬 휑한상태입니다
m자 부분주변에 동반탈락 때문인거 같습니다
머리가 너무 빠지는거 같아 몇일째 망으로 걸러서 몇개가 빠지는지 정확히
한번머리 감는데 보니 평균 30-38개 까지 빠지네요, 동반탈락맞죠..
굵은모발도 있는반면 실처럼가는 모발도 많이 빠지더군요

현재는 수술부위에 모낭염이 몇개 생겼습니다. 하나는 꽤큰데 곪지않네요
3일정도 되었네요. 나머지 모낭염은 작은 여드름처럼 저절로 살짝곪았다 터지고 저절로 잘 회복되더군요
수술선배님들 수술후동반탈락 심한시기에오면 수술전보다 더 휑해 보이는게 정상인가요?
그리고 모낭염은 약을 복용하는게 나은가요? 의사선생님은 심한 모낭염이 아니면 그냥 있으면 저절로 회복되고 모낭염이 생착과는 상관없다고 하는데요
사실이겠죠
왜 수술후한달후쯤되면 모낭염이 생기는 걸까요?
