I'm looking at the condition after the end of April 2019, and I'm writing to you if I'm not sure if it's a transplant failure or not

From the time of the hair transplant, I've been taking blood and drugs for about 10 months
Minoxidil was used four months before transplantation, had a two-month break, and started applying it again, but it has been eight months since I quit because my scalp suddenly became itchy.
Along with Pina drugs, Pancidil is also taking two pills a day without missing a day.
I had a 5,500-mo transplant by incision, and when I see people planting similar parameters in other later years, my head doesn't look very much.
I think the 6th month had the most hair, and I think I lost more hair after that, but I'm writing to ask you to make an objective judgment on whether I feel that way
I'd appreciate it if you could answer whether it's a case of a transplant failure to get a head after a transplant
