It's frustrating that a year has passed and the results are much worse than I thought.

I spent a lot of time and money trying to fix the complex I've had since childhood, such as taking 2 weeks off during surgery, surgery pain, and getting a haircut on the back of my head, but I personally don't think it came out right. (It's also very inflammatory.)
