Hello, I received a 3500-mo transplant by incision about 3 weeks ago, and now I'm about to remove the thread.
I have a few questions about the current condition, so I would like to hear from senior hair loss people.

✔️ Summary of post-transplant progress
Treatment method: incision / 3500 hair transplant
Date elapsed: D+22
Management: Spray saline spray every hour (last 1-2 weeks), drink/smoking X, and take adot (1 tablet per day)
What's unusual: The scab is almost out, and there's a little bit of redness left

✔️ Current Status
Most of the hair at the transplant site has fallen out, and the hair remains only a few mm apart.
The pores seem to be closed in the periphery, and there are sections where hair follicles are not visible, so I'm confused whether it's not well-born or simply early in the dark age.

❓ Questions
Is most of the transplants missing at the current time (D+22) a normal dark age progression?
Should the area where the follicles are not visible be seen as a failure of birth, or could it be that the hair is not yet grown?
Immediately after the transplant, I think I took care of my own management, and I would like to share the experiences of those who heard the actual case.
It's hard to determine which direction to expect.

Thank you for reading it.
