Hello.
I'm writing because I want to share, record, and hear my progress because I was helped by a lot of information from the community.

I received a total of 4000 hair Hair Transplant for 3000 hairline and 1000 hair on the top of my head at the clinic and am currently about a year and a month after surgery.

It's a surgery that I made a big decision to do, but the results are like this, so I'm in a situation where I can't even go to the hair salon, so I'm mentally struggling..

The previous posts I wrote (review of surgery, records during hospital consultation) have been suspended due to a report of defamation and will be reposted later due to the claim of rights. (I'm reposting the consultation with the hospital at the bottom of the article, so if you're curious about the previous situation, please refer to the following.)

Currently, I am in a dispute over compensation adjustment with the hospital.

Progress with the hospital

1. 3/10 (Tue)
Send proof of contents to the hospital (sent to a completely different address, not the patient's own address)
- Civil and criminal proceedings can be carried out if they continue due to defamation or obstruction of business due to posting false information to the community
- Seeking a method of mediation through medical compensation processing or medical dispute mediation through medical compensation mutual aid association for smooth resolution of disputes

The hospital contacted me saying it had sent me a proof of content, but it was sent to a completely different address than the address I wrote when writing the hospital patient chart
Get the contents proof document as a photo image of a cell phone (the contents are the same as above)

After checking the contents, talk to the hospital and request for medical compensation

2. 3/11 (Wednesday)
Requesting and delivering personal information (address, occupation, etc.) to receive the hospital's mutual aid association

3. 3/12 (Thursday)
Send a photo of the registration details saying that the registration of the mutual aid association has been completed

4. 3/13 (Friday)
Hospital Manager Contacted
When talking to the person in charge of the mutual aid association, he said that in general, compensation of about 2 million won is often made in this case
And the person in charge of the insurance company said that he recommended it as a way to find an agreement at the above amount line and asked if he would proceed with the formal procedure

Considering the current status of the results, we will communicate that it is difficult to understand the compensation of 2 million won and review the medical dispute settlement procedure delivery


Usually, the procedure is the same as above when accepting compensation deductions
(Personally, I feel a little puzzled about the method of asking for a choice based on the general amount of case, even though the formal screening process of the mutual aid association has not been carried out.)


Currently, I have requested the entire surgical record and related medical records from the hospital.

After checking the records, I'm preparing a university hospital opinion report if necessary
We will also consider proceeding with medical dispute settlement procedures and consulting with a medical lawyer.
