Hello, members.

I will share and record my progress regarding the review of the surgery and post it as it is because I think this article will be a reference for someone. Also, I would like to hear some advice from people who have similar experiences to me.

At the end of January 25, I received a Hair Transplant of 3,000 hairs + 1,000 hairs on the top of my head, and a total of 4,000 hairs.
It's been about a year and two months since the surgery. (Non-intercepted, 9.2 million won paid)

1. Result Status

The scalp is clearly visible due to lack of density, and folliculitis continues to occur (on medication until now)
When consulting with the hospital's final course, the incidence rate is around 85%?an information box called
(Received opinions on 30% incidence rate when consulting with other hospitals)

2. Hospitals and Progress

Refund requested after final consultation, but not possible / Reoperation will be paid by the person himself/herself
(There is no opinion on the outcome of the surgery, but it is said to be negligent in patient care.)

→ Honorary loss due to false posting, civil and criminal proceedings if business obstruction continues
→ Seeking a medical mutual aid association or medical dispute settlement method for a smooth settlement of disputes

(26.03.13) After requesting to receive medical mutual aid association
→ The hospital said, "The insurance company generally received it at the level of compensation of 2 million won and delivered an agreement recommendation at the level of 2 million won."
Ask if you want to proceed with the formal process

Refuse the amount because it is difficult to accept

3. current situation

26.03.10 The entire medical record sheet related to surgery was requested, but soon it has been three weeks, and there is no contact related to issuance and no separate guidance


In my personal judgment, I feel like I'm dragging my feet, so I'm going to receive complaints from the public health center
After receiving the medical record, we would like to proceed with the Medical Dispute Mediation Committee. If necessary, we will also conduct counseling with lawyers.

3 weeks delay in medical records... Is this a normal situation?
And I wonder if the level of the mutual aid association is actually that level
