The recommended dose of this drug is one capsule (0.5 mg) once a day. Exposure to capsule contents can lead to irritation of the oral pharyngeal mucosa, so this medicine should be swallowed whole without chewing or splitting. This medicine can be taken regardless of diet. It is not necessary to adjust the dose of this drug in patients with renal impairment or elderly patients. Since there is no data on the administration of this drug to patients with liver disorder, the recommended dose of this drug in patients with liver disorder is not established.
