I've been using shampoo consistently, but I sometimes miss ampoules.
Actually, I feel better when I ampoule than shampoo.
But when I don't have enough time to go to work, I skip ampoules crying
I will try to use it more faithfully for the rest of the experience.
After shampooing, I use ampoules that are dried to a certain extent
Shake it enough to come out evenly, spray it 2-3 times on the points, and use your fingers to rub it for absorption.
After you're done, there's a tiny amount of nutrients
I have oily scalp after half a day
It is rather sensitive to the use of ampoules.
Lastly, this is my current scalp hair condition.
There seems to be some shading, but the actual number of hair that fell out after the shower is definitely better than before.
