I think shampoo is really gentle.
My scalp is very sensitive, so when I use other shampoos that have good cleaning power, I always have trouble, but this shampoo doesn't respond.
It seems that the dead skin cells that have always been there are definitely gone. It doesn't feel like my scalp is itchy at all
