After the second week, it's very fine, but I think I can feel it a little bit.
Of course, it's not a noticeable change, and it's not the stage to say that there's been a direct change in hair loss, but there are small differences on the scalp, so I record them.

First of all, I felt that the oiliness of the scalp was slightly less than before. Usually, even if I wash my hair in the morning, there were days when the top of my head quickly became oily in the afternoon and I didn't want to touch it with my hands, but recently, that frustration has been a little less.
In particular, the first change I personally felt was that the unique sleek feeling was reduced when I scanned my hair with my hand.

Another thing is that the texture of the scalp surface has become a little softer. Originally, the top of the head was slightly rough or uneven when touched, but these days, the feeling of touching the fingertips seems calmer than before.
To explain it, should I say that it feels less pulled and the surface is stable??

Usually, when I drink or get stressed, my scalp easily gets red and hot, but recently, the response has decreased significantly.
Especially, there were a lot of days when I wore a hat and took it off for a long time, but it was pretty unexpected personally because it rarely happened.

So far, there is no change in thick hair or wool at all. Rather, my scalp feels a little more stable and balanced than before. This is the honest feeling so far.

It was only the second week when I wondered what kind of changes would follow if I ate consistently.
