Hello.

Here's a summary of the last review of a four-week consistent intake of L.B.more.

Now, rather than the "Will there be a change?" step, it was the point to see if this condition was maintained.

The change I felt in the 4th week

✔ Scalp oil is definitely stable

The scalp oil reduction and hair condition that I felt until the third week remained the same in the fourth week.

In the afternoon, as in the past, the top of the head rarely looked droopy or greasy,

At the end of the day, my scalp was relatively clean.

✔ Less nervous about scalp smell

In the past, when I came home after going out all day, I had a scalp smell that I was worried about,

Week 4 has had less to worry about to the point where I feel "it's okay not to check it out."

This was a pretty satisfying change for me personally.

✔ Changes in overall condition

It's not a dramatic change, but I felt that my bowel condition or skin condition was not too shaky and was generally stable.

In particular, the fewer days of feeling uncomfortable or sensitive inside, I think it is the effect of eating consistently.
