First of all, there's a lot of I am champo bubbles. The scent is much better than the one I used.. There is no cooling feeling at all, but you can feel the softness of the mild neutral shampoo. I don't know if it affects scalp care or hair loss yet. I'm going to compare again a week later.. I won't stop looking forward to it!!
