I'm posting a picture of the 2nd day right after the surgery below..All photos were flash. Currently, the swelling is slightly on the forehead. I don't think it's too obvious. The incision in the back of the head is more pulling and painful than expected. Other than this, I don't think there's anything uncomfortable or obvious
