Hello.
First of all, to introduce myself, I am a college student in my mid-20s who is suffering from M-shaped hair loss.
Hair loss began at the age of 20, and from the age of 21, I took Pina drugs and took them until the age of 24. I took avodat for about 8 months because dutta-based avodat showed a more significant effect on M-shaped hair loss.
It was not effective for drugs such as minoxidil, and at this point in the fifth year of medication, it was determined that hair loss did not progress rapidly so far, so we finally chose a parent hair transplant hospital after seven hospital visits.
I finished the surgery yesterday, so it's the second day of the operation.
Before the surgery review, I will first say a few things for those who are concerned about hair transplantation in their 20s like me, and then start.

<My thoughts on hair transplantation in my 20s>
Even though I had already paid for it by choosing a hospital, I struggled a lot about hair transplantation until the day of surgery. This is because the younger the hair transplant is, the greater the risk of chasing and second to third additional surgery.
In this regard, I hope you keep in mind the following points for hair transplantation in your 20s.

1. Since hair transplantation is the last method, I would like to tell you that you should check the possibility of treatment and progression of hair loss through drug administration for at least one year in advance.
Hasty hair transplants will miss the possibility of treating hair loss due to drug use, even in a few cases. In addition, if hair loss progresses rapidly despite drug use, it will be impossible to do so after hair transplantation due to aggravated stress, so please take the drug for at least a year.

2. I hope you understand the level of stress you have about hair loss. For hair transplantation, it would be best to complete hair transplantation neatly in the first place with a lot of hair loss progressing or stopping. However, if the stress caused by hair loss drastically reduces the satisfaction of life in youth, and negatively affects the quality of life in the future, it is desirable to have a hair transplant in your 20s.

3. If it's genetic hair loss, I think it's right to consider the second to third surgery after hair transplantation in your 20s.
It would be great if hair loss stopped as it is due to medication and constant improvement in lifestyle, but there are many cases where this is not the case, so you will have to prepare for a second or third hair transplant due to additional hair loss over time.

After thinking a lot about the above three points, I carried out a hair transplant as a result.
So far, we have no idea what the future hair loss will look like, but assuming that the first hair transplant is successful, I don't think the surgery will be regrettable.

<Review of surgery>

Price: Reasonable. Originally, I was going to transplant Guretnaru, but I gave up due to cost problems, decided to proceed with only 2,600 hair transplants, and paid for it. However, the director designed the part to be transplanted to Guretnaru on the day of the surgery, and transplanted a total of 3,011 hairs, including Guretnaru. We will know only when the results of the surgery come out, but I think the cost has been very reasonable so far.

Surgical progression: Medical staff have to do something now before anesthesia, so it's going to hurt a little, it's going to be cold I was able to go to the surgery without being very embarrassed or scared by the detailed prior mention of my back.
After sleep anesthesia, hair follicles were collected in the occipital region, and after a short break, sleep anesthesia was performed again to transplant hair. The operation took about three and a half hours. There was no pain during the operation, and I woke up in the middle because I was under sleep anesthesia, but the operation was over in the blink of an eye. After about an hour of stability, I returned home. (I had a slight dizziness and nausea when I returned home with my anesthesia somewhat half-awakened.)

Postoperative care: On the day after surgery, I received a prescription, an implantation tonic, and gauze. They put on a separate beanie, so I was able to return home by public transportation relatively easily.
Today, one day after the surgery, I visited the hospital and received shampoo and dry, disinfection of the larynx, and simple treatment from the doctor.
When I asked the director about the results of the surgery, he was very happy and grateful to tell me that the surgery, including the occipital scar, went very well.
I plan to visit the hospital again 10 days after the operation and receive thread removal and treatment from the doctor.
After surgery, condition check and scalp care are performed every few months.
If you have an implantation rate of less than 80 percent a year after surgery, you can get a refund of 80 percent of your operating expenses and receive lifetime warranty on the transplant range.
In addition, you said that prescriptions related to hair loss drugs are free and unlimited.

Pain and swelling after surgery: Among those who underwent an incision, I often saw articles such as "The laryngeal pain was too severe to sleep," but in my case, the intensity of the pain is slight even though it is only a day after the surgery. If I have to say it, it's just a slight poke in the occipital region. There is no problem with daily life. It is said that the pain in the larynx decreases even more after removing the thread.
I didn't have any swelling at all, but I heard that swelling can occur two to three days after surgery, so I think we still have to wait and see.

The hospital's overall attitude before and after payment: I liked this point because you responded kindly before payment, and you still treated me unchanged after payment. Some hospitals say that there are places where their attitudes change before and after payment, but thank you for considering patients with a meticulous and kind attitude.

<Curious>
So far, I've talked about my thoughts on hair transplantation in my 20s and the reviews of surgery.
I also want to ask you a question because I have a question after the surgery.

1, I understand that the operation takes 4 to 5 hours to transplant 3,000 hairs, but in my case, the operation took only about 3 and a half hours, including the entire intermission. I'm worried that a relatively short operation time will not have a bad effect on birth.

2. I heard that a total of 3,011 hairs were transplanted, but looking at the picture, I would like to hear your opinion on whether it is correct that about 3,000 hairs were transplanted. Also, I would appreciate it if you could advise me on the overall density.

3. I was wondering if the occipital scar was neatly sutured. I don't think the scar can be easily exposed after the scar heals later, what do you think?

Thank you for reading the long post, and I hope my post will help you in your 20s and your hair transplant decisions.
If you have any exact cost or other questions, please send me a note and I will answer as much as I know.
When the transplant hair grows, we will leave a review later.

Thank you.^^
