Hair transplantation is more important than anything else because the final result is finally confirmed after a year.

It is a space where members are diagnosed with their condition after surgery and counseled on postoperative management, case-by-case occurrence, and additional supplementation methods.

It has the most clinical data in the world, where doctors related to hair transplantation also visit to study cases.

Thank you to all the seniors who left a meaningful record that can't express its value to someone preparing for surgery.

Leaving photo data after surgery is also "patient strength" and is a strong insurance policy against future unexpected surgical outcomes.

* Hair condition before surgery: <Attached photo> Overall, I don't have a lot of hair, especially because my bangs are loose, so I can't even dream of raising my hair. As you can see in the picture, I always cut my bangs short and down. After getting a haircut at the Blue Club, I came home and knitted my bangs in a straight line with hand scissors. Otherwise, it's not only difficult to organize your hairstyle, but you have to cut it in a straight line to look like you have a lot of hair ;-). It's an urgent hairstyle to cover up the forehead, and if you blow it, it's completely out of date and gets ruined. You can never go out unless you wear a hat or spray it.
My bangs are very damaged. 2500 hair follicles estimated by H&W, Rahal in the third phase of Norwood hair loss. (Korea's Almani Damit estimate is 3,000 hair follicles;) Overseas transplantation was necessary.

* 4 months and 10 days photo (exactly 132 days old photo) M-shaped Ganji hairstyle! (The ultimate;;) I took it as soon as I washed my hair, and my forehead is red and shiny ; The top of the head feels healthier by taking pinasteride.

* 4 months and 10 days Satisfaction at the moment: 100 out of 100.

Until the third month, I was very concerned because the left density was at the level of eye humidity compared to the right. As 120 days passed, the thin fluff gradually grew thicker, forming a clear line on the left side, and it seems that the density was insufficient, and it has entered a period of stability.

* I seem to be in a slightly faster state than normal, and it's usually a time when transplants explode between four and six months. My left density is not perfect yet, and I'm still in a state of fine hair. Based on the speed of progress so far, I think it will gradually improve every week.
According to the past year's review of Damosite members here, six months is not the end, but another start. As the doctor said, hair transplantation will come to a definite end in 8 to 10 months. In the second half of the year, I hope that it will become more voluminous and give 200 points out of 100. Now I think I'll wait for the remaining 7-8 months with a comfortable mind.^^ * For preoperative conditions, estimates, costs, and follow-up care, search my previous post in the 'Hair loss treatment picture' column for other detailed information.

* Please understand in advance that the members who read this may feel somewhat cheeky about my opinion due to their desire to convey my views in the form of columns as objective information as possible.

* The requirements that determine the surgical outcome seem to be largely compressed into the following four.
If the surgery is decided according to these four requirements and proceeds, the success of the operation is guaranteed.

1. Select an appropriate hospital according to the degree of hair loss in Korea or abroad. - This is the first condition. What we need most is objective technology.
The required technology may differ according to each hair loss condition, and you can choose accordingly.
(It can be treated with domestic procedures up to Norwood's 3rd stage.) - I don't think it's right to oppose domestic procedures unconditionally. Overseas transplantation is not without failure cases, and if these four requirements are not met properly, there is a high probability of failure.

2. Hairline is dense! (No excessive obsession with getting rid of hairline.) - If you're not a person who's getting a hairline correction for cosmetic purposes and you're getting a hair transplant because of progressive hair loss.. When deciding on a hairline design, it should be considered as a priority, focusing on strengthening the density of hair loss areas rather than lowering the hairline.
(In the case of bangs, even if the forehead is wide, the beauty effect is significant even if only the M-shaped hair loss area is properly filled.) (See movie star Keanuribes, John Cusak. No one sees those with excellent head density even if they have a narrow forehead as hair loss. In other words, even if you have a braided forehead, if you have a lot of hair, it's a big deal. Eugene of the women's group S.E.S. also has a good density of hair despite having a highway forehead, so it is not a big problem in creating a hairstyle.) - If you have a large forehead (6-7cm), it is thought that maintaining your natural hairline and getting a hair transplant will provide the most natural hairline and optimal results.
In particular, when a limited amount of transplantation is performed in Korea, if the amount of transplantation to be injected into the M-shaped or other hair loss area is consumed, what is the result of lowering the hairline and returning?
->> Isn't it obvious that a tragedy of sloppy density and ambiguous hairstyles will occur.

- People who have been stressed because of their wide foreheads usually have a desire for a narrow forehead (like Jo In-sung)..
Please remember that if the density is sloppy, no matter how narrow the forehead is, it can look like a hair loss.
The point is that there is no need to be too obsessed with lowering the hairline and no reason to be greedy.
In my case, I also needed an overseas transplant due to the 3rd phase of Norwood hair loss progression, an estimate of 2500 hair follicles (H&W, Rahal).. If you don't lower your hairline, you can reduce the amount of transplants you need and get enough of the cosmetic effects I want, which is a case where you received a transplant in Korea (slit method, not a hair stylist) and achieved satisfactory results.
(It takes at least 800 to 1,000 hair follicles to lower the 1cm hairline. Now my forehead is 7cm wide.) I'm no longer worried about wind without spray as my forehead is still getting better head density even though it's still wide.

- Please keep in mind that "density" is the most important point and should be considered as a priority when deciding on hairline design.

3. Plant the amount of transplants you need, but don't be overly greedy. (Don't ask for too high density.) - There are people like me who need a denser 50-65 hair follicle per unit area of motion, and there are people who need higher density transplants because the density of their natural, conventional hair is so dense. The answer would be to ask the doctor for the density as close as possible to the density of his existing hair. If we, as Asians, insist on high density, we will also have to bear risks.
I planted a lotDue to poor attachment, it is easy to create a hair style that looks like hair loss with a loose density. This will lead to a sharp decline in satisfaction with the results of the surgery.
Therefore, the amount of transplantation is important, but it is the incidence rate that determines surgical performance. The incidence rate eventually influences the excellence of density.
Many domestic doctors criticize them, but foreign doctors are the same people who seek profit. He may be trying to attract a little more patients or show off his skills, but he seems to have a tendency to recklessly design his hairline, collect hair follicles, and put them in ultra-high density.
Overseas doctors may have better technology than domestic doctors, but it is regrettable that they are "shut up and just plant."
As someone who has been monitoring the site here consistently, I would like to advise.
Regardless of what hair transplant you receive, whether you are density-reinforcing your existing hair, planting it in an M-shaped hair loss area, lowering your hairline, or planting it on the bare head as a bald treatment, transplanting it at a density that naturally blends with the density of your natural existing hair will be the best option. I think it is necessary for the patient to ask the doctor for this.
If a hair loss patient does not talk about the proper line to the doctor, they will mislead the patient with confidence that there is no problem and believe in their technology, and it will be the patient himself who is deceived by the doctor's confidence in the stage performance.
(This is the same in Korea or abroad.) So, when you seek a doctor's opinion, be sure to discuss the appropriate line. (They are hair transplant experts, so they must know what the best possible appropriate line is. Patients have to draw their conscience during counseling.) Later, due to severe co-falling, only the forehead narrowed, and the density still looks like a hair loss, it is no use crying with unfair and painful feelings.
This may sound cold, but hair loss people need to face this reality straight.

- One of my favorite four-character idioms is 'overpaid'. I hope you understand what it means..
You have to be wise and wise in surgery as well.

4. The importance of follow-up care! (I understand that if you are careful for 2 weeks after surgery, most of them will be 90-95%. However, since scalp stress following transplantation is exposed to adverse effects of accelerating hair loss, taking pinasteride and investing in health supplements and hair care products for about a year will be a sure-fire safety measure for success of surgery.) - pinasteride : pka -> finfascia - Health supplements : MSM, GNC hair varnish, omega-3, ester-C, proserine, and milk thistle. As there are many types of drugs, they did not take the recommended dose, and MSM only took 2 pills a day and the rest 1 pill a day. If it causes side effects due to excessive nutrition, it will be a problem^^ Easter-C and procerin are drugs that are taken somehow and do not need to be taken for follow-up management. Milk thistle is also not necessary for healthy people who do not have liver problems, but it would be good to take it together to relieve the burden of the liver caused by taking pinasteride.
Besides, I am eating two walnuts.
To be full with medications alone;^^ MSM (natural dietary sulfur, transplant model assistance) http://www.omnisnh.net/wizmart.php?query=view&code=000502&no=1295 # Omega-3 (help with blood circulation, brain nutrition) http://www.dnshop.com/front/product/ProductDetail?PID=G864_omega3 GNC Ultra-Hairnarysh men's scalp nutritional supplements (biotin-vitamin B complex, amino acids, elcystin, vitamins, etc.) http://www.dreamvita.net/product/index.php?mode=product_info&item=249 http://www.ohvita.net/product/index.php?mode=product_info&item=298 Milk thistle (Hepatic protection, if you have no specific abnormalities in your liver, you do not need to take it.) http://www.ohvita.net/product/index.php?mode=product_info&item=117 http://www.nsekmall.com/ Stronghold hair spray (natural hair spray, alcohol-free to minimize scalp irritation.) http://happymaker.co.kr/mart7/mall.php?cat=003000000 Hair loss products (shampoo, etc.) General shopping. Food famous for its high protein and excellent prevention of hair loss. The advantage is that domestic products are good and California products are cheap. Frozen and refrigerated.) + Black bean soy milk and fruit ground are mixed and taken once a day. Minoxidil 5% solution (Minoxidil is applied to the scalp for a certain period of time before surgery to prevent side effects.) Minoxidil seems to need to check if there are any abnormal reactions to the body.
Of course, it will be difficult to go through most of these confirmation procedures due to conditions.
Above all, it is thought that very few people will suffer side effects if they follow the quantification well and apply it according to the usage method. If itching or inflammatory reactions are severe, stop applying immediately. Laser comb (Hair Guard) Hair transplant is recommended not to use hair guards through flea markets. It is recommended to use laser comb one year after hair transplant.

*post-transplantation specificities.

1. Two doors out of the house after transplantation.
There was concern about electromagnetic exposure due to long-term computer use every day, but fortunately, there was no problem with wearing.
No smoking after surgery, no self-defense. (modified 1-3 times a week) Sleep around 11-12 when cell regeneration is active. 2. Vitamin E oil, Johnson's baby shampoo was not used.
The effectiveness of vitamin E oil was not used due to personal doubts. It is a situation where you can't even wash your hair properly for a while after surgery, and I think it may be counterproductive to give anything to a "sensitive" transplant site. Dr. Almani recommends that vitamin E helps hair follicles.. I don't know. The oil on the transplant hair in the post-mortem picture of Almani's surgery doesn't look clean and doesn't look very helpful in hair follicle implantation.
Given that other hair transplant hospitals do not recommend it, only Almani hospitals are recommended, I don't think it has a very significant effect on hair follicle implantation.
According to someone's review, taking vitamin E is more effective than applying it. Please refer to it.
(Personally, I think you can just take multivitamins and the supplements mentioned above.) Shampooing doesn't seem to have a problem if you dilute it in water until the second week and make it mild.

3. Use a dry hair dryer. Using the cold wind for up to a month, extend your arms as far as possible to minimize graft hair irritation. After a month, I mix cold and lukewarm winds and dry them as usual. 4. Go out once or twice a week (not a hard baseball cap, but a flexible stretchable front and adjustable strap) after wearing a baseball cap.

5. 1 bottle of soju on the 21st day, 2 beers. It's winter when the sun is not strong, so I took off my hat and played soccer for 2 hours outside. -> Advantages of the FUE method, which does not cause the occipital incision to burst. They say you should avoid the sun (ultraviolet) for a few months after the surgery, so be careful. On the 31st day, two bottles of soju and six cigarettes were smoked. Wearing a soft beanie hat, playing basketball for two hours. After the surgery, he burned cigarettes at intervals of five to 10 values for a month until the fourth month, and quit smoking for sure. (Cigarettes are considered one of the most harmful to hair loss, including killing hair follicle cells, according to recent research.).
Before the transplant, I just burned cigarettes in desperation.
I decided to quit smoking after the transplant, but it was not easy to quit at once. It was a relief that I endured it until the month.
As a person who has suffered and inconvenience from the lack of natural hair and hair loss for 13 years, he promised himself that when he decided to undergo a transplant, he would never be stressed out again.
When I inferred my hair loss progress so far, I was convinced that I would be able to maintain my current hair enough if I managed it well, and smoking was a drag on my mind.
After the surgery, I was more concerned about burning even a cigarette.
One day in the fourth month, I couldn't stand it and took out a cigarette and burned it, and I was frustrated with the thought, "If the hair loss progresses later, I'll have another stressful day, and I'll have a second surgery."
I didn't want to take the same course. I made up my mind to remove cigarettes from my life.) 7. Until the month of self-defense, I was well restrained 1-2 times a week, but until the fourth month, I was not able to clearly restrained 3-4 times a week. From the fourth month, I'm sure I'm a gold daughter. "I will abstain from self-defense until I get married." (In oriental medicine, excessive self-defense and hair loss are considered to be highly related, and Yang Eui-hak also recommends indirectly and vaguely that excessive self-defense is still not good. In my personal experience, excessive self-defense seems to accelerate hair loss, and it is confirmed that there is a great relationship with skin acne. People with hair loss should be restrained and enjoy their sex life.) 8. Tickling symptoms continued in the occipital region and the transplant site to some extent until a month. After a month, it starts to become comfortable with almost normal sensations, and after two months, almost 100% of the larynx and transplant sites have been restored.
Until the fourth month, I felt a little pain when I pressed the transplant with my hand, but this symptom seems to be getting weaker.

9. Flushed cleanly after 2 months.

10. The FUE method has a great advantage of not having to worry about scars, but the disadvantage is that the back of the head becomes less abundant after surgery because it is collected rather than suturing after incision. However, since the density of the back of the head is normal for most hair loss people, even if a moderate amount is collected, the back of the head does not sink well. In other words, it is not so negative that it is obvious in terms of beauty, so it is not at the level of concern.

11. It is said that it is safe to leave transplant hair that is briefly embedded as angias without artificially pulling it out using tweezers or the like. (Dr. Almani) I was worried that my hair would grow later than others, and my transplant hair would fall out slowly over 2-3 months, so the surgical procedure would be slow. Regardless of that, the transplant hair fell out together and the new transplant hair grew and blended with the existing hair, showing rapid surgical progress in 3 months. Therefore, rather than being impatient, it seems necessary to have patience to wait for the results calmly.

* In the meantime, there are quite a few people who have had surgery on motion through my reviews or advice.
So it was a burden, but I spent four months with a positive mind that I would leave a successful review unconditionally. Working with a positive mind may be the fifth factor in determining surgical success.
(Apart from the mindset, I've had a lot of ups and downs in my emotions for four months because of my head, and I think it was a period of patience to count the days every day like a sergeant at the end of the army. ;) Since there are differences in the density, hairline, advanced hair loss, and future hair loss progression, I don't think it's right to criticize or recommend hospitals recklessly with one's own experience.
(There are only a few hospitals that have been proven to have some skill and some results.) If you've seen my writing, and you've decided to do it, please review my writing now, and I hope you'll be able to -- from preparation to postoperative care.. I hope you make the right choice and achieve satisfactory surgical results.

* The writing was long.
I don't know how long hair transplantation will thrive, but until then, I wrote it down in detail in the hope that my review will help those who are curious about hair transplantation.
If someone who decides to have surgery searches for "motion" or "four months," they will see my writing, and they will get a little help (as I did after searching for the words of my Damosite seniors).
I hope my short knowledge and sharing of experience will help you prepare and manage your surgery.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

Since the surgery, I have posted my own reviews and worked as an enthusiastic ripple;^^ I think I should reduce my mass activities due to personal reasons.
It's going to be hard to find time to post for a while, so I left a review earlier than expected.

There's sometimes a desolate atmosphere here, and members are trying to escape if the surgery goes well; perhaps this is one of the places where members of the online community have reluctantly signed up ;^^ I usually join a community based on my personal interests or hobbies, but I think this is where I reluctantly admit to hair loss and reluctantly join to get information and ask questions.
That's what happened to me. It's been 12 to 13 years since I suffered hair loss. I've known for a long time that I'm a man with a lot of fine bones and I'm a never intellectual who manages hair loss, but I haven't joined and worked here for a long time.
Big, big, big, big, bald, get together..
The name is terrible, and it feels funny.
I felt more depressed when I took a peek at the posts on the bulletin board here without joining a few years ago. His hair loss concerns.. I feel like I've given up on life.. Hell, so I didn't sign up..

However, as I joined, decided to undergo hair transplant surgery, constantly searched for old posts on the bulletin board, and began to be active, I learned that this is a precious place to share the sorrow, pain, and concerns of hair loss people that even their parents do not understand well, and it is a warm place for many people who work hard for their comrades with hair loss.
(I am also always grateful for the advice and information I have received from these people.
There are also friends in the same hospital, but there are people who continue to give encouragement to each other with notes, although the hospitals that have undergone surgery are different..^^ The encouragement will continue until the day you take off your hat ㅋ) Whenever I posted a review, I could feel a warm feeling for the various members who encouraged me to cheer.
Anyway, so this place feels very precious to me. I'm sorry that I couldn't join earlier.
I'm a hair loss person, and I'll remain an eternal godmother member.
At the end of the year, we will visit you by sharing the daily progress log that is being prepared after surgery.

Then ^^
We cannot rule out the possibility that all surgical cases will be provided with support or convenience from the hospital and written in favor of a specific hospital.
