Hair transplantation is more important than anything else because the final result is finally confirmed after a year.

It is a space where members are diagnosed with their condition after surgery and counseled on postoperative management, case-by-case occurrence, and additional supplementation methods.

It has the most clinical data in the world, where doctors related to hair transplantation also visit to study cases.

Thank you to all the seniors who left a meaningful record that can't express its value to someone preparing for surgery.

Leaving photo data after surgery is also "patient strength" and is a strong insurance policy against future unexpected surgical outcomes.

As I hear about Dr. Almani's surgery these days, I don't feel like anyone else, so I post several pictures with my personal thoughts, from preoperative to the time of surgery to the present. These are my personal situations and thoughts that I've been through since my surgery.
In particular, for those who have undergone surgery by Dr. Wong, please understand even if the progress of his surgery is different from what I think. And unlike me, if you are satisfied with the surgical progress, I would appreciate it if you could come to a picture even if it is troublesome.

I know that there have been quite a few people who have been to Dr. Wong, starting with Balibari in March last year. But there are many reviews right after Wong's surgery, as there were before and now. And the review article is also introduced in so much detail. However, I don't remember seeing an accurate post-mortem photo that is more than six months old. As far as I know, the reviews of Commeji Rak and MalSeon are all there is. In your case, you look very worried personally, and in your case, you look much better than before surgery. But the most important thing is a more certain progress picture. I think it's essential not only for me, but also for those who are currently preparing for surgery or those who wait day by day anxiously expecting good results after surgery. This is because, as you know, all of these things, such as the design and density of the front lines, the M parts, the temples, the top of the head, the density when you put your bangs up, and most importantly, the overall density, can give you definitive confidence.

In the case of Almani and Rahal, there are many reviews that are more than a year old from 6 months. It's still coming up. In the case of Wong, it's unfortunate. I'm really jealous that the majority of you are satisfied with it. It's really frustrating to what extent it's satisfactory. No one is 100% satisfied with hair transplant surgery. That's what I thought, and it's still the same now.
However, I regret it if it is this much that I went to Canada, which is said to be the best in the world, and invested a lot of money and time. Until last year, Almani was rated the best, but now Rahal seems to be the trend. I'm also really jealous of those who chose Rahal.

In my current situation, what I want to say most to those preparing for surgery is to choose the person that suits you best. It's better to carefully look at the various materials once more and check them with your own eyes. Even if it's a little late, I hope you'll be careful and get a result that you don't regret like me.
Even with the same doctor, surgery can vary in time because each person has different physical characteristics. However, I think it will be possible to expect to some extent in about 7 months. I had an operation on November 8th last year by Dr. Wong. I got a 4000 follicle estimate from 3500 follicles, and I planted 3425 follicles.

It makes me even more angry because I think I did something so stupid. Everyone feels the same way, but I also planted a lot of hair follicles, if I could, and wanted to finish them all at once. I made a critical mistake, and my thoughts were not conveyed properly. During the consultation the day before the surgery, I told the interpreter that I wanted to plant more than 4,000 hair follicles, and he said that Dr. Wong doesn't plant that many. So Balibari and Bo-go, who had surgery in March, told me they knew it was more than 4,500 hair follicles, and they told me something was wrong with that. Dr. Wong said 3500 hair follicles would be enough, so I decided to do so. In fact, it seems to be lacking a lot from the current state. The degree to which I think enough is very different from what Dr. Wong thinks. This is the first stupidity, and the second is line design. As you can see from the picture, there are sharp horns on both of their foreheads. The right side is a little deeper and sharper. I just left this design and didn't check it. The day before the surgery, I collided with the front eyeliner length problem, so I couldn't finish the proper design. As you all know, I really emphasize the average forehead length of 7cm. It even sets the design above my main hair. Then there was talk of density, and when I asked if it was possible to do 80 mo per square cent, it jumped. Then show me a patient undergoing surgery at a density of 64 follicles. After that, I didn't design my hairline or temple, and I designed and operated the next day. I didn't sleep the night before because of the jet lag and tension, and I'm really out of my mind because I have an operation at 6 a.m. Dr. Wong shaves his hair and draws a front eyeliner to show you. One is 6.8cm and the other is 6.5cm. Even if my forehead was too narrow, I thought I wouldn't want to see it, so I said 6,8cm and left it to him, and that's why I did something I still regret. I only thought of the front forehead, but I didn't know that both sides of the forehead (m) would fit so deeply. The right side is about 8.2cm. The left and right sides are not balanced, and I made it an M-shaped style of hair loss. The temples are also wide, so I wanted to reduce them a lot, but the balance between the sides was not balanced and the density was supplemented, so it was completely different from what I thought. And the remaining hair follicles were planted on the top of the head. It's completely different from my intention. As far as I know, it doesn't lower the front eyeliner much, so I only paid attention to it, but I didn't know it would break like this in the m-shape. I really emphasize 7cm in the front of the normal person's forehead. So, I didn't pay much attention to the front line length and expected to plant a lot of temples. But that's also off the mark. I looked in the mirror after the operation and it was a little weird because it was crooked. I was out of my mind because of the long surgery, and Dr. Wong kept saying perfect, perfect, so I couldn't ask anything about the line. And I heard exactly how many hair follicles were planted when calculating the surgical cost after surgery. I went directly to Dr. Wong and asked him because he didn't say where he planted some hair follicles and what the density was. I couldn't speak English well and I wanted to ask a lot of questions, but now I have a Korean nurse, but at that time, the interpreter came and went in the morning, so I was really frustrated.
He drew that 880 hair follicles were planted at a density of 28 to 30 hair follicles, about 360 hair follicles on the top of the head, and 60 hair follicles on the front, and 48 hair follicles were planted at the top.

That's what I think right now. You can see how important your accurate communication is and how profoundly it affects the outcome, whether you wanted it or not. I thought about two things while waiting for the results after the surgery. One thing is when will it get better. Another thing is how to grow your hair out to hide these sharp horns... As you all know, the style really doesn't come out. I didn't go all the way to Canada to make m-shaped. It's really frustrating. As you can see from the picture, it's been almost seven months, but it's really not. I don't know how different it is from before surgery. I have a eyeliner in front of me, and my hair is coming up. But it's very awkward. It's about 20cm in front of the hair density. It looks like a solder on the front of your forehead. The upper part and the m-shaped part of the temple are not coming up well. Anyway, the m-shaped part is wide, but the hair doesn't come up, so it's really ugly. Before surgery, Dr. Wong, other doctors have rounded forehead lines, but why does the end couple go up here? When I asked him, he said he couldn't tell me because it was his own no-how he had learned over 14 years of surgery. Honestly, that know-how is catching people right now.
Think carefully and make a good choice. And make sure to communicate your intentions (you don't regret it later if you choose) during preoperative consultations and check the design every moment to see if it's going well according to the design during surgery. That way, you won't regret it like I did. It's wrong every day to operate in the way you want and wait for the results and wait for the results in a mess. A total of 3425 hair follicles should be about 5,500 to 6,000 hair, but honestly, it's enough to count the front hair.Nothing much has gotten better except for the awkward line in the front. If it's this dense, I think it's possible to use domestic mosquitoes. If you look under the fluorescent light, you can see each and every hair. And the gap between the hair is too wide, so it's ugly. I just hope it doesn't feel like this 10 months later or a year later.
If you are preparing for surgery, please think carefully and have good results. I understand that you are currently broadcasting Dr. Wong. There are quite a few patients who have operated on Dr. Wong so far, and many are expected to operate. It's been over a year because it started in March last year. I think it's time to be responsible for the outcome of the surgery. You can't get a result that satisfies everyone who operates. I'm sorry to bother you, but I think it's time to give an opinion to Dr. Wong about a/s or compensation when there's a problem later like Almani. I think that way, the person who performed the surgery or the people who will perform the surgery can go back with more confidence. Dr. Wong is also a famous person and has great skills, so I think he will gladly accept it.

Post 5 photos before surgery, 4 photos at the time of surgery, and 9 photos from 202 days. I posted a lot of pictures to help you a little more. The bright one was taken under the light. Please check and evaluate it. It's a picture of my individual right now. Please don't think all the people who operated on Dr. Wong are this bad. As I said earlier, this is because there is no accurate review yet.
I promise to post pictures even after 10 months or a year. Thank you for reading this rambling article. And I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the people who helped me a lot before the operation and Mr. MalSean for introducing me to the Vancouver guest house. I hope everyone gets a good result
