<On the third day after surgery, right after I took off the bandages and shampooed>
. I posted the review of the consultation tour of 4 hospitals last weekend. Many people welcomed me and asked me separately. I'm proud. Thank you. Here is the link to the consultation review article below.
This is the review of the Okgun Hairline surgery below
http://daedamo.com/new/bbs/board.php?bo_table=graft≀_id=208650 and until day 3 today. As was the case during the review of the counseling tour above, I use it very honestly based on my standards. It's not for the hospital I operated on, it's not for the hospital I didn't operate on, it's not for criticizing the hospital I didn't.
1. I finally decided on the Okgun Hairline, which was the last hospital to visit among the four tours. There were three major factors that made the decision.
1. Schedule 2. Price 3. Confidence of the doctor in charge First, it was the easiest hospital I visited to schedule a surgery. The head of the consultation office also acknowledged it. Our hospital is relatively less known because we don't spend a lot of money on publicity and don't do special events. Therefore, it is more relaxed to adjust the surgery schedule than some famous Apgujeong hospitals.
In terms of the following price, it was the only hospital that did not call more than 400 for the 2000 Mo estimate. We agreed on the 300 mark. Of course, the first was the 400 line, but I got a discount. It is not clear if this discount applies to all patients or at all times, so it seems appropriate to ask this directly.
Lastly, the confidence of a doctor. I'm proud of what I've been doing, I'm confident in what I'm doing, and I'm confident and confident in what I'm going to do in the future. No matter what kind of job the other person is in, having a little conversation will show you how you are working with your work, and I believe in this pride, the relationship between confidence and actual skills, and the proportional relationship. So I like such people and I'm going to leave my job with them or work with them. The director of this hospital was like that.
Other hospital doctors who visited earlier reflected and listened to my design needs a lot. However, he preaches and persuades his subjectivity to the point where he feels that this place is so arbitrary. Do you insist on doing this, and I think it's very strong to say that considering your age, your face shape, your overall style, these hair lines are right and you should do so. If you want to make the line you want even if you die soon, you can bump into the director at this hospital. If you are planning to consult, please refer to it.
2. I made a reservation for 09:30 a.m. on the day of the surgery I wanted. If it arrives on the same day, it will guide you to the patient's waiting room. It's a room with scrubs, a small bed, a small table, and a TV. In the middle, I eat lunch here, change clothes, and rest a bit. If you're changing and sighing, you'll be called to the director's office. Take a few before pictures, and draw a line with a pen wrapped around your forehead. It takes longer than I thought to line up. I feel like I'm witnessing an artist making sketches on drawing paper. It's actually "Hairline."
Go to the operating room. There are about six to seven nurses waiting. I'm sure they played their own roles in the division of labor surgery. The nurse who seems to be the best veteran is told to lie face down on the operating table. If there's a song you want to listen to, I'll play it, but it's not an opportunity to listen to music. I just concentrate all my mind on my head and become one.
I'll give you an angiogram before the surgery. And put an anesthetic injection in the occipital region of the incision. I think I got about six shots. It hurts. It hurts more than I thought. This is the moment I heard the most about the meeting. You're doing this on the operating table to make a hairline..
After anesthesia, the director finally comes and makes an incision in the occipital region. Revealed in a thin, long crescent shape with the tips of both ears as vertices. You have to reveal it like this to make it easier to suture it later. There's no pain, but I feel like I'm making an incision. I feel like I'm cutting it with a knife and I feel like I'm ripping off the raw flesh like I'm ripping off a velcro. It's an unpleasant experience.
The suture is performed immediately after the incision, and after the suture, take a break. If you move to the rest room where you changed your clothes, you will get porridge. It tastes like bonjuk. The amount is small. But I don't really want to eat more. I went into the operating room around 10:30 and I think I came out around 11:30. I rested for about an hour and went back into the operating room around 12:30 p.m.
The transplant will begin. I'm going to lie down now. Anesthesia is applied to the transplant area. I had a sideburn transplant, so the range was wide. It's almost like we got 10 rooms. It hurts. I screamed. I poked my eyelids, and this was the most painful time. This is the second moment I regret my surgery decision.
After anesthesia, the director comes in and the transplant begins. Each hair follicle that appears to have been separated in advance by nurses is inserted using a hair implanter. Doctors and patients are getting bored. I think I dozed off and woke up. The director keeps talking to the nurses no matter what. There is nothing about the surgery. So time goes by for all of us while there are more than 2000 iterations of similar actions. I think it took about two hours.
It's over at around 2:30 p.m. I quoted 2,000 hairs, but it is said that 2,600 hairs were planted. It is considered to occur if the incision is held a little more than the doctor thought, or if the hair is denser in the area. I think it is an advantage of incision, which is difficult to come out of non-excision surgery. I can't plant enough, so I'm cutting it a little leisurely. You can't throw away all the hair follicles that you've already cut and taken out just because you estimated 2,000 hairs and received the equivalent of 2,000 hairs in the first place. It's a cognitive presumption. I would have even instilled a doctor. I'm grateful for that.
Remove the towel that covered your eyes, bring your hand mirror, and take a look. It reminded me of the scene of giving a baby to a mother after giving birth. It's Gagwan. There are densely embedded transplant hairs along the line over the reddish transplant area. Of course, even if you look at it like that, there's no way I know if the surgery went well. They're trying to confirm that they've definitely put it in line.
I put the first bandage on the transplant area, wrapped the hair around the second elastic bandage, and left the operating room like that. Frankenstein comes to mind. As I come out, other counseling reservation holders look at me in the patient waiting space. It's your future.. He looked at me with that expression.
3. I was worried if I could drive back after the surgery, but it was unexpectedly fine. Naturally, the anesthetized area feels heavy. That's all. Antibiotics, painkillers, etc. are prescribed and brought out. In principle, I was told to come to the hospital the next day to remove the bandage and do my first shampoo the next day, but I just asked to do it in one day. I'm going to visit the hospital in two days, take off the bandages, and do my first shampoo.
4. It doesn't hurt because of the painkillers on the day of surgery~day 3. Even when I sleep, there is only a heavy feeling on the incision and I slept well. It is said that it is important to sleep well while lying in a regular position without moving your head. It is said that the implantation is determined within a week after transplantation. As it is an important moment, I will endure it. I'm still wearing bandages, so there's no room to wash my hair and just leave it like that, and I'll come to the hospital two days later.
5. Day 3, take off the bandages and shampoo for the first time.
The title is the same. It teaches you how to shampoo and sprays it to help you wear your own shampoo. It turns out that it's an expensive product that costs about 80,000 won. As expected, all hair products are expensive.. It struck me again. Sure enough, there is a signboard in the hospital's patient waiting room that says free above products are given during hair transplants. I'm grateful that some hospitals sell this separately and some don't give it to me.
On the 10th day after the operation, I decided to come to unwind the thread. Until then, you should use this uncomfortable and stuffy shampoo and never touch it. After shampooing, you have to dry it with natural wind or cold air.. It's said that you're a little free after unwinding the thread. Finally, I'm going to put up with it for one more week.
6. At the end of the day, "except for the occipital and graft anesthesia," there was nothing difficult about the operation, and it was a tolerable operation. Since 2,600 hairs were transplanted, even if only 80% were born, it could be considered a satisfactory operation. It was an operation that felt teamwork. Six to seven nurses, who seemed to have various years of experience, shared their roles, but they were scolded, scolded, and praised by the director, and they matched each other. The reason why such an atmosphere is created is that we have worked together for more than a certain period of time. It's only when they're familiar and intimate with each other that they can point out each other. There was no way to see how well they were actually doing because they were lying on their stomachs or covering their eyes, but I had the feeling that it was an operation created together by the doctors who dominated the operation and nurses who were familiar with their styles.
That's it. I want to go back to the beginning and tell you that it's a hospital I want to recommend in terms of schedule, price, doctor's confidence. Now, I'll go back to my life after solving the thread and post a review a few months later. If you're personally curious about anything, please give me a comment or a note and I'll tell you "honestly." I'll check it out by this week.
Thank you. I wish you all the best.
