Hello, I'm just three months into my hair transplant and I'm going to sort out my situation.
I looked at other people's reviews a lot before the procedure, and by the third month, everyone was saying, "Is this right?" and it was a period of mental shaking. So I'm writing it honestly based on my standards in case there are people who are curious like me.

I wasn't the type to be very careful about my daily life after Hair Transplant.
I was very careful for the first 10 days of birth, and then I spent almost the same time as usual.
Washing your hair as you usually do

Non-smokers, drink alcohol as usual, and do not control diet or food
Going to work, going out, exercising are all normal
It's been about three months, so I'm treating it like my head.
To be honest, I think I only get more stress if I pay too much attention, so I'm just being comfortable.
