Hair transplantation is more important than anything else because the final result is finally confirmed after a year.
It is a space where members are diagnosed with their condition after surgery and counseled on postoperative management, case-by-case occurrence, and additional supplementation methods.
It has the most clinical data in the world, where doctors related to hair transplantation also visit to study cases.
Thank you to all the seniors who left a meaningful record that can't express its value to someone preparing for surgery.
Leaving photo data after surgery is also "patient strength" and is a strong insurance policy against future unexpected surgical outcomes.

Three days ago, I finally finished the surgery I've been waiting for.
I'm living in the United States, so the pressure of surgery costs...It was considerable, but I couldn't afford to go all the way to Korea and get surgery, so I got it here with tears in my eyes.
I don't know if it was because the doctor appeared on various TV news and magazines, but I was able to make an appointment for surgery after about a month and a half after consultation.
First of all, what I liked after counseling was the one-patient system per day.
I really liked the fact that they only operated on one patient a day, so they spent all their time on me.
There are laser treatments, hair loss shampoos, and medications, but this is literally a recommendation, and if you keep maintaining your hair without this extra assistance, you said there was no problem in growing your hair after surgery, so I liked this because I didn't feel like selling anything.
To start with the results, the surgery was satisfactory for me personally. (Of course, we'll have to see how it turns out.) At first, I expected about 1,800 hairs, but my occipital density was better than I thought, so I got about 2,100 hairs.
The reservation time was 7 a.m. on the day of the surgery, and since it's time to go to work, I arrived 30 minutes early because of the traffic jam. (I didn't drive on my own just in case. I took a taxi back and forth.) When I arrived, I filled out a simple document and used the bathroom to relax, so the person in charge washed my hair.
After that, I waited about 5 minutes, and the teacher arrived, and when he arrived, he explained today's schedule in detail.
After redrawing the line on my forehead, I went to the photography room and took a picture, started with antibiotics, followed by painkillers, tranquilizers, and medications to reduce swelling.
And then! I'm finally on the operating table.
At first, I turned back to lie down saying I was anesthetizing, but the doctor relieved me by saying that I should not worry at all because it was not an injection.
I was thinking, "What is it if it's not an injection?" And he put a blue ball in my hand and brought it to the occipital region to anesthetize the vibrating machine, and he told me to squeeze the ball when I felt like my head was being pulled.
(He seemed to think of the ball as a signal.) Anyway, he took the vibrating machine from the end of my occipital to the end two or three times, and he said, "Well, first of all, the anesthesia is over~" That's what they said.
There was no pain at all, just literally just a little bit of a pull in the hair, and I was happy thinking, "Oh, this is the primary anesthesia, there are three strands in the human skin tissue, and we just finished the top anesthesia, and now we're going to do the inner anesthesia."
For a moment, "Ah...As expected, the anesthesia can't end this easily." When I was in fear, he said he could sit in a regular position, so I turned around and sat down, and it seemed like he was anesthetizing again in the occipital region.
(Actually, the first anesthesia had already left me feeling so numb that I couldn't feel it being anesthetized or what it was doing.) It felt like I was pulling my head, and it took me more than 10 minutes, so I wondered what he was doing for so long, but then after a while, I felt like he was pressing his head down, and the doctor came to me with a smile and said, "What?" And I asked him, "What?" And he said, "Most of the patients have their scalp removed and sewn, and I said, "What?"
He said that he was afraid of jirye and was very anxious mentally, that there were three skin tissues in the stomach and another anesthesia were all lies for this work.
The part that I was worried about the most was that it ended without realizing it, so I was very relieved mentally. I was very grateful to the teacher.
Then the three assistants went through the microscope in front of them to separate the hair follicles, and you started anesthetizing the transplant again with the same vibrating machine.
After the anesthesia work on the transplant site, the doctor placed a hole (?) in the area where the hair follicles were to be implanted with a syringe.
I fell asleep for a while during the operation, maybe because of the energy of the medicine or because I was so comfortable, but when I finished, the doctor said that the hole was almost finished, and now I plant hair follicles after a simple lunch.
When I went back into the operating room after lunch, the two assistants were still working on hair follicle separation, and the other two went into hair follicle planting.
It was a little disappointing that the teacher didn't do the hair follicle planting himself, but I understood because you've already been making holes for a long time.
In the middle of planting my hair, I worked by continuing to spray weird liquids with a sprayer on the transplant site (probably to prevent blood from solidifying). I spent time watching movies and playing the radio so that I wouldn't get bored.
Among the assistants, there were two women, and I liked it because they were really bright and cheerful because they were American friends.
Moreover, all three of the four of us are around my age, so we can communicate well and it was fun without knowing the time went by.
After the operation, I took a picture again, and the doctor took care of me so much of what I needed after the operation.
- 5 patches for face swelling prevention - a bucket of liquid sprayed on the head during surgery - 6 months of pinasteride - 3 months of multi-vitamin effective for hair growth - 3 months of protein shake effective for hair growth - 3 months of single-use pillowcases + multiple beanies - 10 vouchers for laser hair care...You took care of my back. In addition, he told me what to be careful about in the future and how to shampoo.
It's my third day now, and after the surgery, I was told to come the next day, so I unwound my gauze, disinfected it briefly, and got laser hair care.
The teacher texted me that night and checked my condition, and I was touched by that, tooㅠㅠ신기한 What's interesting is I don't know if I usually don't feel pain well, but I didn't have any pain at all, like a transplant site or larynx for 3 days.
I read a lot of the reviews and the incision was so painful that I couldn't sleep on the first day, so I was afraid to relieve anesthesia, but maybe because I took painkillers on time, I'm still sleeping well when I want to on the third day.
On the first day, the doctor told me to spray the liquid provided every 15 minutes on the transplant site, so there are no scabs yet and the transplant site remains clean.
I'm thinking about shampooing from today, but I'm worried that the transplant area will be damaged. Actually, the post that I wrote for 3 hours disappeared into the dust with the blue screen a little while ago, so I thought a lot about whether to rewrite this review or not, but I'm posting it again because I'm going to continue to post the reviewsㅠㅠ혹시 If you have any questions, please feel free to leave a comment!
As far as I've experienced it, I'll answer everything!
Oh, and I'll post this on the hair transplant forum separately, but I'll give you some tips from the doctor!
I hope it will be a little helpful to those who are considering surgery.
※ Each hospital may have different recommendations, so please be aware that the tips below are not 100% accurate.
[Before surgery] 1. If you have high blood pressure, make sure to take the medicine. If your blood pressure is high, your surgery may be canceled on the same day.
2. Have a neck pillow. It helps a lot when you sleep.
3. Stop using painkillers (aspirin, Tylenol) two weeks before surgery.
4. Stop using vitamin E or multivitamins two weeks before surgery. It causes greater bleeding.
5. Stop using rogaine or minoxidil two weeks before surgery.
6. Don't put too much sunlight on the surgical site.
7. Massage your larynx frequently. This makes the skin tissue at the back flexible.
8. Take vitamin K two days before surgery. This helps to calm the swelling after surgery.
9. Please refrain from smoking or drinking two days before the surgery. It is also good to refrain from intense exercise.
10. Make sure you get at least eight hours of sleep a day before surgery.
11. On the day of surgery, please wear a shirt with buttons.
T-shirts and too tight clothes stimulate the surgical area when taking them off after surgery.
[After surgery] 1. Swelling around the eyes after surgery is common, so massage each other with ice compresses or patches.
2. Logain or minoxidil should be used after 8 days from the day of surgery.
3. After surgery, hair loss may occur around the transplant area. This is a phenomenon that occurs because the hair is transplanted and the existing hair is pushed away by the transplant hair, so you don't have to worry.
4. After surgery, please refrain from sweating or exercising intensely for 1-2 weeks.
5. After surgery, please refrain from swimming for a month.
6. Don't hold back until the larynx or the transplant area is painful. You should take painkillers before you feel the pain.
7. Usually, the suture area of the occipital region is released within 10 to 14 days.
8. A day before unsealing, applying Vaseline to the suture site in the morning and evening will cause less pain during the next removal procedure.
9. Over time, the transplant site may develop scabs. This is a very normal phenomenon, so never remove the scab on purpose.
10. Please wear the wig from 2 to 3 weeks after the surgery date.
