Hair transplantation is more important than anything else because the final result is finally confirmed after a year.
It is a space where members are diagnosed with their condition after surgery and counseled on postoperative management, case-by-case occurrence, and additional supplementation methods.
It has the most clinical data in the world, where doctors related to hair transplantation also visit to study cases.
Thank you to all the seniors who left a meaningful record that can't express its value to someone preparing for surgery.
Leaving photo data after surgery is also "patient strength" and is a strong insurance policy against future unexpected surgical outcomes.

I am 28 years old and a man.
My hair loss size is the size of an adult male palm.
Treatments include medications, hair transplants, and wigs.
I'd like to know the pros and cons of each. And I'm curious about the cost and management roughly...
Please give us a lot of feedback.

There's one thing missing from the post below...;; You may wear a wig, so please know this in advance.
If you wear a wig, there is a stress that you get.
At first, what if other people find out it's a wig... I'm always nervous because of the worry.
It's annoying when someone keeps looking at my head on the bus or subway...-_-;; in my case, it's been a while, and I'm getting more and more brazen (?), so I don't really care about it compared to the first time I used it.
(...Actually, they'll find out in a little while...-_-;; I just can't tell you...;; That's how much I'm aware of it.-_-) But by then, I have another stress.
I can't take off the wig.
I'm not a person who knows my hair condition, but I can't dare to take off my wig and meet him.
Even if my opponent knows my hair is a wig, I honestly don't want to show him with the wig off.
If you take it off after a while, you look 10 years older... (...this is the most painful...)...ㅠ_ㅠ) Jap... I think I only wrote down the shortcomings, but I wrote it down because I think you should know it.
Of course, wigs can be an alternative.
But it's not a cure, it's a temporary cover-up.
(Also, it's true that the existing hair that was clip, tape, or fully adhering is too much.) And when you go to a wig company, you'll have a consultation.
Take 30% to 70% of what the counselor says on your own.
(...sometimes with some absurd candy applications...-_-;) And you'd better take a look at the samples and decide for yourself because you want them to show you some samples...(.... Each wig has a slightly different quality and kindness. -_-;) Even if I'm a little embarrassed, it's most comfortable to look around and choose from various places.
*I don't like being windy...-_-;; I tend to cut my bangs a little bit and pull them down (...)...The forehead line of the wig...-_-All kinds of curses come out of the wind blowing hard from bottom to top.

I can't believe you posted a picture of yourself... You're so courageous...ㅠ.ㅠ To tell you what I think, wouldn't it be a little hard to return your current condition to medication..
(..In the early stages of hair loss, medication can slow the progress of hair loss, but in the case of hair transplantation, there is no turning back once the results are good or bad. That's why it's called the last resort.
(..In the case of medication, if it doesn't work or has side effects, you can cut it off, and if you can't wear it, you can take it off...;) After reading from your writing, you seem to be thinking of wigs, but if you don't have high expectations for them, I think it's worth trying them on.
(Anything that doesn't show or has no problem with swimming is a "lie" (...!!) (...if you use it well, it's a little obvious and you're restricted in your activities.) (...it's not a good idea to just blow.).-_-;) I know it well because I'm using it...-_-;;) If you use it, it would be better to use a clip type that is used and taken off, and use it only with human hair.
(… it's uncomfortable to manage and short-lived, but it's somehow natural.) Actually, the best way is to relieve your mental health. I can't do that, so I'm wearing a wig. (… Someday I'll take it off.) Then... >Hello..

First of all, looking at your hair condition, you were similar to me in the past. I've read the comments below and I recommend wigs.
When I was in the same situation as you (two years ago), I went to the most famous hospital at the time to see a doctor, and he said that planting your hair didn't help much. Because the hair loss has progressed so much that he said he doesn't get much help from planting 1500-2000. (For your information, I said I don't have about 40,000 heads.) I've been wearing a wig since before I was examined.
So I took the medicine and then I asked to plant it when I had a head. That's what happened two and a half years ago. I've been taking my prefesia for more than two years now, and it's much better than before, but it's hard to stay that way yet. Of course, I wore a wig while taking medicine.
There are more than a few inconveniences when wearing a wig. But I didn't have a choice. I had to go back to school, and I had to get a job later...
Instead of wearing a wig, do a clip-type - stick-and-stick method. If you do this, you can take off the wig and wash your hair cool when you come home, so it's okay. I may have worn a wig when I get used to it later. I don't want to recommend the method of putting it on. Never... In conclusion, I recommend wigs and clip types. If you have any other questions, please add a ripple. I'll answer that for you.

1. If you are still single, I recommend a wig.If you're married, hair transplant or medication - if you're married, you're going to be greatly less concerned about your hair.
2. Wigs if you're an office worker. If you do a business or business, I think it's practically impossible to do hair transplants or drugs. - I think it's practically impossible to do hair transplants while working.

From the bottom...
I want to recommend a wig You did...I don't want you to wear a wig..
Wigs are just temporary...
As I continue to have the problem of hair loss, the frustration with my hair is expected to increase..
I also heard that your head charcoal is taking Propecia..Overall, I don't think it's going to work, but...I think it's a bit broad...I'm gonna invest some time..
The part where I lack a lot of hair...Please hide it with a transplant...For the rest, I expect it to be dramatically different than it is now with Propecia and Minoxidil..
If you wear a wig, it's not your own hair anyway, you have to take it off and wear it, and the problem of hair loss remains the same....No, even the hair that's left will be gone... I think you have to make a good decision...
I never want to recommend a wig...

First of all, it's nice to see the courage to show your face directly.
At first glance, you have a wide forehead and a thin head.
I think it's hard to see a good effect with drugs (such as Pfe. Pesha).
Hair transplantation is also easy to say, and it is very difficult to operate in your work life.
I would like to recommend a wig.
It's uncomfortable, but wear a wig.
Just like women put on makeup in the morning, after some time, they become immune... if you're not married yet, I'd like to recommend a wig.
