Hair transplantation is more important than anything else because the final result is finally confirmed after a year.

It is a space where members are diagnosed with their condition after surgery and counseled on postoperative management, case-by-case occurrence, and additional supplementation methods.

It has the most clinical data in the world, where doctors related to hair transplantation also visit to study cases.

Thank you to all the seniors who left a meaningful record that can't express its value to someone preparing for surgery.

Leaving photo data after surgery is also "patient strength" and is a strong insurance policy against future unexpected surgical outcomes.

I post the review of the surgery on January 3rd. (2nd surgery, non-intersection: beard + occipital region)

Hello. I just got a lot of useful information from my eyes at Daedamo, but I also had surgery and I'm taking a break these days, so I'm writing to help others by providing them with information I know.

First, I plan to write a long story in the form of a written statement and then write my experiences and thoughts that will help others about hair transplantation.

The transplant was about 1,100 hair follicles for both the occipital and beard, and the total parameter was about 3,250.

-First of all, I had an incision about five to six years ago. At that time, hair loss was widespread in the emza, top of the head, and near the ear, so it was difficult to get a result that I liked with just one operation, and I think I only saw the effect of pretending to be not hair loss. So, I thought that I would have a second surgery with a rich beard if I had the condition in the future, but now I had a chance and went to Gangnam Mikelan, which I had been paying attention to before.

Those who have lived in Daemo for a long time may know, but Mikelan is famous for his non-cutaneous specialty, especially his beard and body hair transplants. Based on the information from Daemo, I had always thought that the head of Mikelan Clinic would be the most knowledgeable here, so I booked a consultation reservation here and headed to Seoul from the provinces.

During counseling, I think I liked the director's opinion or theory about hair transplantation the most. He seemed to have the so-called craftsmanship of pursuing the best not only about the birth rate of hair, but also about the appearance after hair transplantation. In addition, it was considered okay that if you undergo surgery, the director will supplement the hair transplant through scalp pigment therapy or tattoos directly a month after the operation. (I have a pretty wide range of hair loss near temples, and I decided to get a tattoo on that part after saying that it is very inefficient in terms of effectiveness and cost to plant all of these. I think they are spending time for tattoos in proportion to the cost of the surgery.) I decided that I wouldn't have to consult another hospital, so I set the date for the surgery right away.

-The treatment began at 8:30 a.m. on the day of the operation, and I discussed the operation with the director once more and went straight to the operation. It can be divided into morning surgery and afternoon surgery, and the morning surgery started before 9 o'clock and ended at the end of the hour, and the afternoon surgery started around 1:30 and finished at the end of 7 o'clock.

The peculiarity of surgery is that the director is very passionate. If nothing happens, you don't leave the operating table for that long and continue the surgery. Rather, I feel like I'm having a harder time lying still under anesthesia; I'm very surprised in this area because this persistence is not something that anyone can do.

The surgical method, first, uses anesthetics only to the necessary parts through local anesthesia, and minimizes possible side effects of drugs. Hair transplantation is not done all at once and transplanted by driving, but the part collected in the morning is planted after planting in the morning, and the part to be planted in the afternoon is collected and planted then. He said this is a measure to increase the birth rate even a little. I think this method will inevitably be more cumbersome for both doctors and patients. No matter how well you think about it, no matter how well you divide the part, you don't have to re-anesthetize the anesthetized part, and it will take longer if you change your work to collect hair follicles and transplant them. Even if it's a hassle, it's more reliable to see you choose the way you go back for surgery accuracy.

You just have to lie down and do what the doctor tells you to do for the surgery. I dozed off for a bit because it was so comfortable I also had a lot of conversations with the director during the surgery, and I asked a lot of questions about life as well as hair transplants. Everyone responded kindly, so I think it was a meaningful time to learn about life's path in addition to hair. As I was writing, I thought of one disadvantage and tip, but the prone position is a little difficult when collecting hair in the occipital region because of the heavy weight on the face. I think it will be less difficult if you ask for a pillow and lie on your chest. I clenched my fist and supported my chest to distribute the weight to ease the discomfort.

-After the surgery, they did disinfection and provided me with a mask and a surgical hat to wear on my way home. I was going to stay at my senior's house that day, but I was thinking about taking the subway, so I just took a taxi because I was afraid of causing inconvenience to others. There is no significant change in the body after surgery, so if you don't care about the people around you, there will be no problem using public transportation.
When you sleep, even if this surgery is not an incision, it is painful because it is a cut in the flesh. If you ask for Tylenol at home or the hospital, we will provide some Tylenol, so you can eat it and sleep. (The director doesn't like misuse of drugs, so he doesn't prescribe antibiotics separately. Of course, they'll do it if you request it I think I slept better than I thought. It's been three days since the surgery, and the pain seems to have been significantly reduced. During the incision, I suffered so much that compared to the incision, it's like heaven.
The day after the surgery, I was disinfected at the hospital, and the director tattooed the scar on the scar part in addition to the service I was supposed to do because I felt so bad for the scar from the incision. (For your information, if people with incision scars undergo surgery, they will tattoo the scar part for free.) When I went home after completing the treatment, I received extra masks and surgical hats, sterile physiological saline (the surgical part can be sanitized at home), and red medicine. I liked every little consideration like this What else I want to say. 1. I tend to talk to anyone and leave it all to the end when I think I can trust them. The director has skills, pride, and craftsmanship about hair transplants, so he is probably deceived even if he has little information, so I don't think there will be any concerns about this. In addition, I'm almost at the bottom of my aesthetic sense, so I just told him to do it on his own, but he took detailed measures with various detailed explanations.
For example, the part that asked me to plant the most necessary part to the minimum rather than to overdo it here and there (rather, I asked for an increase in the number of transplanted hair), and even though the first surgery I had done had good results, the front hairline was very unnatural. The hair loss was also quite progressive in the part where hair was planted in the part where hair loss was expected, and the temple part where the pigmentation therapy was more effective than hair transplantation and the part where I decided to provide the service (increasing the cost too much) are memorable.
My overall feeling about the director is that he seems to be a conscientious person while pursuing aesthetic completeness in hair transplantation, that is, a person with both skills and personality.

2. The primary surgery, which was performed as an incision for incisions and non-incisions, caused me quite as much pain as the effect. These words were false to me that even if I cut off the flesh and operated on it, it would quickly return to normal life, there would be few side effects. I was studying at the time, but I had a hard time studying because I could hardly lower my head for a few months, and when I bowed for a few years, my skin felt tight, and when it rained, the wound ached LOL. This is funny, but I feel better after applying the stretch cream. It may work for others, but if you have similar symptoms, I will let you know what cream you used. It's not expensive!) Also, the scar width is more than 5mm, so it's long But I don't think it's a wrong choice to have the surgery because I was able to recover some confidence and go around confidently thanks to the surgery, but I think it's a mistake to have an incision just considering the cost.
Of course, the problem was that my skin lacked elasticity, but during the surgery, the doctor didn't tell me that LOL Since incision surgery has its own great advantages, I can't shine a light on all cases, but I hope that those who got stretchy when they gained weight and those who got stretchy when their mother was pregnant are more likely to have big scars like me if they make an incision. In addition, during this operation, the doctor had a hard time collecting hair near the surgical site for more than five years because the part was still very weak.
Considering these various circumstances, I recommend you to make it non-cut if possible.

3. Body hair transplant Mikelan specializes only in non-excision and can transplant not only beards but also conspiracies and body hair such as armpit hair. Seeing that you don't have any incision will give you confidence in your non-excision. (Cutting is more convenient for doctors.) I was also told about conspiracy procedures during the operation, and they're doing construction and surgery. If you lack hair follicles to collect, it would be okay to seriously consider body hair transplantation.

4.You may all know about the tattoo. You can think of it as a semi-permanent black vegetable. If you get surgery at this hospital, those who need it can make a separate appointment a month after the surgery and get a tattoo. I heard that those who have not undergone surgery in Mikelan will perform the procedure for a small fee. The director, not external personnel, does the procedure himself. The picture above was taken immediately after the procedure, so it is difficult to distinguish it because it is red due to the irritation received by the skin, but a tattoo is simply a dot. You can make it look like you have hair by taking black dots one by one. Therefore, tattoos can only be used in essential areas of hair follicles, thereby maximizing the effectiveness of hair molding by reducing hair use and cost.

5. Cost problem of non-excision Since non-excision is more burdensome in terms of cost than incision, I think there will be many people who are hesitant. Because of the cost, I also turned away from the side effects and underwent my first surgery by incision. But I think it's better to have a nasal incision no matter where you rent it. If you think about the aftereffects, and Mikelan's cost of non-intersecting seems to be about half where I was counseled a very long time ago. (Of course, it's more expensive than an incision because it's more painful for a doctor than an incision.) However, he is definitely not someone who would perform a surgical operation because it's cheap, so if you are worried about the cost of a non-excision, please consult with your doctor. You can ask me about the cost. (DaMo's other article says that it can be cheap because you use a planting machine, but I don't know this part well, so I can't tell you the details. Anyway, it's cheaper than other places, but the director's sincerity is not easy!) Even though the results are still unknown, the writing has become too long and it feels like I'm writing an advertisement. However, this is a place to write subjective opinions anyway, so please consider that. That's how much I had a lot of conversations with the director during the surgery, and I was very impressed with his posture and personality as a medical professional. If you are interested, we will continue to post about the progress of the surgery, so please keep an eye on it. I've also suffered a lot from long hours of hair loss and I've received a lot of help through my godmother, so my questions are welcome.
We cannot rule out the possibility that all surgical cases will be provided with support or convenience from the hospital and written in favor of a specific hospital. All plastic surgery has the potential for unexpected side effects. Please use it only as a reference. The legal rights and responsibilities of this post lie with the publisher himself.
