Hair transplantation is more important than anything else because the final result is finally confirmed after a year.

It is a space where members are diagnosed with their condition after surgery and counseled on postoperative management, case-by-case occurrence, and additional supplementation methods.

It has the most clinical data in the world, where doctors related to hair transplantation also visit to study cases.

Thank you to all the seniors who left a meaningful record that can't express its value to someone preparing for surgery.

Leaving photo data after surgery is also "patient strength" and is a strong insurance policy against future unexpected surgical outcomes.

I left it to Dr. Rahal without much request after saying that I wanted it to look natural even if I got old and had hair loss.
The concept of density reinforcement was to draw the front hairline (after measuring the 1:1:1 ratio of chin nose eyebrows), fill in the M shape, and about 3.2cm in front of the top of the head.
I've been told that my hair is slender, so I'm going to increase my hair by 40% overall, with no front or middle back density.

I got an estimate of 4,000 hair follicles before surgery.I had 4077 hair follicle surgery during surgery.
(1 hair: 1164, 2 hair: 2494, 3 hair: 419 total: 7409 hair) The estimate is 4,000 hair follicles, but the hair is not thick and the density is not good, so we expected 3,500 hair follicles compared to others.
I think that's why you picked it as much as you can.

(The laryngeal massage should be done in the morning and evening for 5 to 10 minutes, in the attachment of the laryngeal.).
In my case, since I did it for 5-10 minutes at a time, my scalp got inflamed, so I just did it from time to time between 30 seconds and 2 minutes when I thought of it.
And if you put your hand on top of your hair, only your hair will be pushed and your scalp will remain the same, so you moved your fingers close to your scalp.
I wrote it down just in case.)

I wrote down a few things below about my mild surgery schedule and postoperative swelling & tips that might help.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Arrive at the hospital at 6:50 a.m. on the day of surgery, and set up a hairline and a hair transplant,
Laryngeal collection and Dr. Rahal's slit work (I've lost the concept of time since then, maybe because I took an anesthetic and medication;;) Five technicians enter the hair follicle separation back and forth in the same room during Dr. Rahal's slit work.

(According to Su-ji, hair follicle separation is also carried out in other rooms at the same time.
Two people are divided into teams for surgery a day, but 13 to 15 people are mobilized for surgery for one person.
So, even if the hair follicle separation is completed quickly, it takes a long time because the number of people to plant is limited to three.) I don't know exactly what time the hair transplant started after the slit work, so a total of three people from the left and right started to plant in a rotation, so the hair transplant was completed around 4:30 p.m.

When I asked Ga-hee because the surgery time seemed to end quickly, she was told that it was a convenient scalp for surgery.

**Below, I wrote down my progress on swelling after surgery** Day 1 of surgery - After the operation, I arrived home around 5 o'clock, slept for about an hour, and woke up, and the pain started as the occipital anesthesia was relieved.
I took a light painkiller around 6 o'clock, but the pain was a little severe, so I ate dinner around 8 o'clock and threw up maybe because I took medicine on an empty stomach around 10 o'clock.
(Please do not take strong painkillers on an empty stomach because it hurts.) I take weak painkillers every four to five hours from that evening until early in the morning and barely manage to support them. (Can barely sleep) - If the surgery ends before dinner time, I will eat quickly, and if the pain is even a little, I will take strong painkillers and medication to relieve nausea.
On the first day, the pain in the incision was great, so I think it would be better to take a strong painkiller and a medicine to relieve the nausea whenever the pain begins.
I think I had a big incision (about 41cm) so it hurt a little more and had a hard time.

2 to 3 days of surgery - I spent most of my time in the chair at a 45 degree angle, except for eating time and going to the bathroom. After one night, the pain eased a lot from the second day, and when I took a weak painkiller, it eased to some extent.
The swelling also came out a little bit in front of my ear and went down right away, so I sent it almost to my face.
(I think it was effective to spend two to three days at a 45 degree angle after the surgery.) Four to five days after the surgery - the big swelling is gone, but it's not all gone, so when I sit down and do the computer, my forehead is a little firm.
Sitting in the chair at 45 degrees for about an hour eased.
I spent the fifth day as usual.
I didn't feel much in my head because the anesthesia didn't go away until the third day of the operation, but from the 4th, I sometimes felt itchy and my hands went up casually, so from the 4th day, I was wearing a surgical cap even when I was alone or sleeping.

**Questions during mid-term check after surgery** 1. The swelling was due to anesthetic, but the liquid injected during hair follicle transplantation is the biggest factor. It comes out later, and it's called swelling.
I asked if anesthetics also affect swelling. It doesn't have a very big effect, but I heard that anesthetics are also liquid, so they are related to swelling to some extent.

2. In my case, I asked about the concern of accelerating hair loss after a temporary dropout because it is a case of density reinforced between existing hairs.
-I explained this before the surgery, but I asked again - regardless of whether it was surgery or not, if it was a hair that naturally fell out within 6 months, there's a high chance of shock death.
(When I asked what my existing hairs were like with density reinforcement, I was told that they were in good condition.
I was nervous because of this, but I'm mentally relaxed~After;;) I asked about the timing of the 3.2th operation and the number of hair follicles collected according to my current occipital condition, but I was told that it was difficult to accurately answer because I could not make a prediction over time.
However, I heard that the second period of surgery can be done as soon as possible after about a year.
(I think the answer is that we can accurately determine the transplant hair that has been operated for a year. The reason why I asked this question..
Whether it's an M shape or top of the head, whether it's hereditary or natural, I think hair loss is ongoing and secondary is a must, not an option.)

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

**There were a lot of people who asked similar questions on the note, so I wrote it down** If you have any questions about surgery costs and reservations (quotes), you can help by sending an e-mail to you if your forehead was pretty.
I don't know if it's a little bit of a tip on these two things, but I wrote it down for the extra cost of the flight plus the room and board, in addition to the mebendice@yahoo.com surgery.
(The cost of my surgery was not small because it depends on the number of transplanted hair follicles and I have to calculate the exchange rate every time.) 1. For the flight ticket (air Canada Incheon-Vancanuba-Otawa stopover), I paid for the ticket through the cheapest Tour Express at Gmarket.
It cost 790,000 won for round trip and 860,000 won including tax.
(I made a reservation two and a half months before the surgery date, so I got it cheaply.) I made a reservation for the flight ticket after receiving an estimate for the operation and sent the reservation fee immediately to Mr. Ima to block the confirmation date of the operation. So if you are not in a hurry, I think it will save you a little money by getting an estimate before you set the operation date, and by making a reservation for the operation (departing two days before the operation date) and sending the reservation fee to Mr. Ima.

2. I sent you to Seul-ne's B&B.It was 60 CAD per day.
You can get an answer if you contact Selyn after setting a date for the surgery.
sunny1954@hanmail.net (If you stay at Seulne, you will be served with meals and walk to the hospital, so you won't have to spend much money.
Therefore, if you stay in Seulne, you don't have to change it to $5, $10, or $20 even when exchanging money.) If you look at the reviews of those who have been there, there is a lot of information, so I wrote down what I know about what could be a little insufficient or cumbersome.

To the end..

Dr. Rahal and the staff (Thank you to Dr. Gah-hee, who was kind to help me feel comfortable on the day of the surgery, and Su-ji, who took good care of me one by one like her own brother.) Thank you very much to Dr. Odori, who I met with at the time (I hope you have a good result!) Lastly, I would like to thank you very much for your beautiful forehead for helping me finish the surgery well without any problems.
