I had surgery yesterday and I took off the bandages today.
As you can see from the photo before the surgery, hair loss has progressed from the M shape to the back of the head
I need a lot of hair follicles, but the head is small (CD size; about 12.5cm wide) so I got an estimate of 1400 hair follicles that it is difficult to collect a lot.

Before the surgery, I asked the director to pick as many as possible because I'm willing to pay more if it comes out a lot,
I told them to fill the M shape and then plant it as much as possible even if the density is lowered.

As a result, the number of hair follicles came out satisfactorily, but because of the wide range of hair loss
Looking at the planting, it's a little disappointing that I can't go back much.
In addition, when I got home, I took off my beanie and fell out of the 3-mo Hanaga or 2-mo Hanaga, which was a waste and upsetting.
Those who are going to have surgery, please be careful when taking off your beanie.

Anyway, I was worried and nervous because I heard that the anesthetic injection hurt and it was very difficult to collect it on my stomach.
The director also asked me to make sure to express my intention if it's hard because it can be hard when collecting.

But maybe it's because I prepared a lot, but the anesthesia injection was just a little stingy
It wasn't that hard to collect while lying down.
However, it hurts a little more to lie down and anesthetize the eyes twice than other anesthesia.
It took about three hours each to collect and lie down, and all of them were completed without a single interruption.
It's a little hard and boring to breathe, but it's bearable.
For those who are going to operate, don't worry too much and feel free to go.

Anyway, I collected 1,715 hair follicles at an estimate of 1,400 hair follicles
I heard that 190 follicles were separated and a total of 1905 follicles were transplanted.
It would have been better if we went a little further back. That's a shame.
Still, they separated hair follicles that they had never encountered here, increased the number of hair follicles/molecules, and planted them as far back as possible.
From the patient's point of view, I was grateful for the director who cared and cared for me, and I trusted him.

After watching the progress, I should think about whether I should do it near the top of my head again.
It's too early to say anything now that it's the second day, but I think the first round is satisfactory because the expectations were so low.

I don't know if the surgery went well.
