As far as I know, I have to visit the hospital two weeks after the operation to untie the thread, but I'm uncomfortable to visit because I live in the countryside, and I don't want to leave a scar, so I chose a nasotomy.
I'm currently working as an office worker, and the occipital part will prepare a partial wig in advance to supplement it.

I woke up early in the morning and headed to Seoul by KTX. I was calm, maybe because I wasn't the type to get nervous a lot.

I arrived around 9:30 and consulted with the doctor who will guide the surgery for about 20 minutes.

[After the surgery]
I was discharged from the hospital after receiving precautions and prescriptions.
I'm a little embarrassed about this part, but the occipital region is less hemostatic, so you have to bandage and your bangs come out surgically.
Maybe it's because the hospital is in the middle of Gangnam...It was even more embarrassing.
I was prescribed medicine (pain medicine, hemostatic medicine, etc.) and laryngeal disinfectant ointment at the pharmacy and moved to the accommodation I reserved in advance.
One of the precautions is to lie down as much as possible for hemostasis in the occipital region
I've been lying down ever since I arrived at the hotel.
[Aftermath of surgery]
There was no major pain, but from around 20:00, sudden dizziness and vomiting occurred.
I was embarrassed, so I searched the internet and found that the above symptoms were caused by anesthetic drugs
I took the prescribed medicine earlier.
As time passed, my symptoms improved
I put a towel on it because I was afraid it would get blood on my pillow, but it kept bleeding until the next morning. There was no pain in the occipital region.

I visited early in the morning and received shampoo.
The surgical area was sprayed with saline solution and the occipital area was shampooed.
The hospital gave me a poultice pack, a fresh spray (for removing swelling after surgery), and a root shampoo.
In addition, if you purchase saline solution and wash the surgical area, the blood marks on the surgical area disappear quickly.

The redness is still clearly visible. Especially if you have lighter skin like me, it makes your skin look more prominent lol
Still, it's hard to see unless you look at your hair.
I've only had a beer or two since the 15th day, and I've avoided drinking too much.(When you have a drinking appointment)
When I wanted to drink after work, I just replaced it with non-alcoholic beer, but it would have been hard without this...
The hospital told me to never drink for 10 days during the birth period, and if I look up other reviews, it's 3 weeks, it's a month, so I was confused because everything was different...
I think it's better to be as careful as possible because it's Sabasa and Kebake. It's better than regretting for no reason.
The same goes for exercise. Weight was just completely off until a month after the procedure.
It can't be applied, and it can cause inflammation that you might not know..
So I held the gym for a month... Tears are covering my eyes at the thought of having to work out again ㅜㅜ
And I had my hair cut on the 12th day. I've been growing my hair since before the surgery, so it's gotten too messy after more than a month.
My friend is a hairdresser, so I asked as much as I could, and I trimmed the transplant area very carefully with scissors, and the back part (the hair follicle collection area) was gently done with a barricade.
I was told not to use shampoo on the transplant area at all, and I only used the other areas carefully.
If you don't cut your hair to a friend like me and go to a normal hair salon, please tell me what you need. If you don't say you'll do it on your own, you might accidentally touch or touch your transplant hair...

I was so nervous when I entered the operating room, but I had a stinging feeling when the injection came in, and other than that, I was fine.
