Appointments and consultations Originally, I had a wide forehead, but as I reached my mid-40s, my hair became thinner and hair loss came, so I made a reservation about six months ago through an acquaintance's introduction, and I visited in person for consultation. For those who can do it on weekdays, it won't take long to make an appointment for surgery. 2. anesthesia stage on the day of surgery I arrived at 9 a.m. on the day of the surgery and waited, and they gave me some snacks to eat while I was waiting. Anyway, it's my first time, so I was very nervous. The first step was anesthesia. Since I applied for an incisional Hair Transplant, it was a method of collecting hair after anesthesia. The anesthetic injection was quite painful. It hurt like a shot before going to the dentist. I even got multiple injections with quite a few needles. To relax, a nurse put a teddy bear on her stomach. 3. Laryngeal incision and hair collection The next step was incision and hair collection. Fortunately, there was little pain because it was after anesthesia. Sometimes, there was a tingling sensation. A long incision was made from the left to the right of the occipital region and then sutured again. The incision and suture proceeded very smoothly, so I was trusted. Later, my wife told me while disinfecting the area, and she said it was very meticulously sutured. I think it took a little over an hour. 4. hair collection The next step was to wait for a while and then proceed with the Hair Transplant. This was also performed after anesthesia on the front of the head, but I don't know if it was due to occipital anesthesia, but it felt slightly less painful than occipital anesthesia. The Hair Transplant also took about an hour to an hour and a half. 5. Day 1 of surgery After it was over, I went home and took a rest, and I often sprayed the new spray I bought. By late afternoon and evening, I had a little pain to see if the anesthesia would wake up, so I wasn't worried. However, when I pulled and sutured the incision, the skin on the back of the neck felt very pulled. The day after I woke up, I visited the hospital at 9:30 a.m. the next day of my Hair Transplant and shampooed. A day has passed, so my bangs are still red and I'm getting piggyback. 6. the first week of surgery The pain lasted less than a day, but the discomfort of pulling the skin on the back of the neck lasted for three to four days. Fortunately, after that, the feeling of pulling disappeared and the wrinkles on my forehead decreased a bit ^^ After washing my hair carefully every day, I could find the little boogers falling off each time. This causes my head to itch little by little every day. I think my head is itchy for about 6-7 days. If you cover it well, the very red boogers disappear so much that no one notices them. 7. the second week of surgery A week later and two weeks later, I could see and feel that the hair that had just been born was growing rough and rough. Except for the sutured area, there is no pain and it is okay. In the second week, we remove the thread. They removed it meticulously and explained in detail that you don't have to disinfect from now on, and that you should still use fingerprints, not fingernails, when washing your hair. 8. The last one Overall, I was very nervous and anesthesia was quite painful, but it wasn't enough to worry about. The doctor Um Chan explained and the procedure was cool, so I trusted him. But for those who are worried that it might hurt... I'd like to say that I recommend it because it's okay as long as you endure anesthesia well. Of course, I will recommend it even more if your hair grows well after checking the progress later.
