It's been a month.
I'm living in the dark age, but I've been covering my bangs with my old hair and wearing a hat, so I don't care whether I'm missing or not
I ate the pka at the beginning, but the stiffness and condition of the genital organs were strange, so I stopped taking it. On another level of care, I eat 3 meals in a life of 2 meals, drink blueberry vinegar after a meal that I didn't eat, eat vegetables and garlic that I didn't eat even though I was picky, think of it as vitamin, but eat biochroma plus yo-nom and change to hair loss shamp and wash my hair. I won't be able to feel the effect of taking care of it well haha maybe because I took vitamins, but my nails are growing well. It's starting from now on, but I'm going to start working overseas in Southeast Asia from the end of September I'm worried if I can manage it well lol I think I'll post the next review overseas
