Hair transplantation is more important than anything else because the final result is finally confirmed after a year.
It is a space where members are diagnosed with their condition after surgery and counseled on postoperative management, case-by-case occurrence, and additional supplementation methods.
It has the most clinical data in the world, where doctors related to hair transplantation also visit to study cases.
Thank you to all the seniors who left a meaningful record that can't express its value to someone preparing for surgery.
Leaving photo data after surgery is also "patient strength" and is a strong insurance policy against future unexpected surgical outcomes.

Introduction of Istanbul Sebmech for more than a month Some of you may have wondered why the new surgery review at the hospital is not coming up. I didn't take reservations for more than a month due to Mr. Sebmech's personal reasons, so I got the fastest surgery when I could make a reservation. Originally, I don't write on websites where many netizens exchange opinions, but I also learned various information and received a lot of help from the reviews posted by many transplant seniors at Daemo, so I posted a review of it because I thought others might refer to it.
First of all, I flew about 11 hours and 30 minutes on a Korean Air flight on June 7th and arrived in Istanbul with a six-hour time difference at around 8:30 p.m.
So, I slept in Mr. Sebmek's accommodation for a night and took a two-day rest after surgery on June 8th and the next day on June 9th, and then returned to Korea by plane on the afternoon of June 14th.
For your information, I'm the same age as Mr. Sebmech, so I decided to make a communication and speak comfortably as soon as I arrived. So I'll leave out the honorifics on Sebmech.
I went with my brother from Korea and lived with him as a roommate. I had a reservation first, so my roommate was scheduled for the next day after the surgery.
the first day of surgery. I'm really scared. In particular, the first anesthesia you mentioned... I was really scared. So I went to the hospital with half worry, half tension, half expectation. It rained from the day I first arrived, but on the first day of surgery, it rained so much that Sebmek had not seen it while living in Istanbul.
I took a taxi for about 5 to 10 minutes and arrived at the hospital downtown. The elevator system and access to the hospital building were quite different from those of Korea. I was trying to go up to the floor of the hospital by taking a mysterious elevator with about four people, and suddenly I heard a sound and a woman followed me. She was a short, fairly thin, brown-haired woman with small eyes. He greeted Sebmek with great pleasure. I did someone, and he was the leader of Elise who was in charge of the surgery.
I was a little puzzled when I saw a video of Elise's interview on the hospital's website, so I was thinking she was a blonde and skinny woman. We arrived at the hospital just in time for 9 o'clock, and the nurses continued to arrive as soon as Team Leader Elise arrived. We immediately went to the team leader's counseling room, checked my hair condition, and talked about various things.
I made a reservation about three months ago, but I was very scared, and the seniors who transplanted in Istanbul showed a lot of hair follicles collecting and good progress only with non-intersecting surgery, so I made a reservation only with non-intersecting.
Fortunately, I treated my scalp, which had a lot of trouble, and I was told by Team Leader Elise that if the scalp is this high, the transplant will not be too difficult. You drew the forehead line right away, but I also felt that it was absolutely impossible to insist on the existing forehead line because the area to transplant was so large. But the forehead line set by the team leader is 1cm to 1.3cm higher than the existing forehead, so it's a little awkward, so can't you lower it a little more? I tried to rebel, but I thought I would be happy just to make up for it, so I decided to trust the expert and go. Then, the team leader was considerate, so he invested some hair follicles under the dark forehead line and added another forehead line as a dotted line to go in a zigzag way. After setting the forehead line, I changed into a surgical suit and shaved my head. After that, I disinfected it and lay on the operating table.
The surgery started with the side of the head and proceeded up to half of the back of the head to decide whether to finish with the first surgery per day or the second surgery the next day. I do anesthesia from the side of the head, but the feeling of anesthesia didn't hurt when the needle came in, but when the anesthetic solution was injected, electricity was rising. However, since it is a drug that anesthetizes only a fairly narrow area, 20 to 30 injections that anesthetize the side and the back of the head continue to sting, so I thought I couldn't do it if it felt like this. However, after about 5 minutes of anesthesia, it proceeded quickly without any pain. There was no pain at all, except that the transplant site was briefly anesthetized again.
However, I decided to think that the anesthetic drug would not affect other parts of the body if it affected such a narrow area.
After anesthesia, one person pulled out the hair follicles with a hair follicle punching machine, and the other person collected the hair follicles pulled out right next to them, and organized them to count and thoroughly divided them.
On the first day, about 2,700 hair follicles came out, and on the second day, about 2,100 hair follicles came out. I was disappointed that an average of 40% of one hair came out, but in some cases, there were cases where 4,000 hair follicles did not come out, so I emptied my mind thinking that I just wanted to pass 4,000 hair follicles.
After anesthesia, the hair follicle was collected for about 2 to 3 hours, a lunch made by the hospital, and the Elise team leader gave me a slit. In fact, my brother, who came to the surgery with me, had 2,100 hair follicles on the first day, and he counted the number of times he stabbed himself in the slit to soothe his boredom. But after counting more than 2,000 times, you came to the accommodation and said that it was not a hospital where the price was not released because you were deceived by the number of hair follicles. What I also felt was that the first day of surgery, the 2700 hair follicle transplant, ended at around 8:10 p.m. The people who do the surgery and the people who do it for a really long time.
The second day was conducted in the same way, but on the second day, I had a small number of hair follicles, so I thought it would end quickly, so I got surgery with high expectations. Even before the operation, I asked Sebmech to tell me to shape the kiln part naturally, so he put a lot of effort into planting the lines at the back.So I was looking forward to the second day because I thought it would end at 5 o'clock, but it ended after 8 o'clock.
As you can see, the operation has a forehead line on the headless runway. Sebmech also came to the accommodation after the surgery, and people without forehead lines said they were most happy when they had a line.
My head really doesn't hurt at all, but it's a little tingling after a week. Still, compared to the incision, my brother, who went with me, told me that it was the level of blood in a new foot, so I naturally accepted it. For your information, the older brother who went with me was a person with a lot of experience and knowledge related to surgery.
Cost Air Fee 1.36 million won Fees 600 euros Surgery Fee 3,900 euros About 35 euros were exchanged for an average of 1,500 won including fees.
The follicles are approximately 2700 follicles on the first day + approximately 2100 follicles on the second day just over 4800 follicles.
To tell you what I felt about hospital staff and sebmech other than surgery, first of all, I did a little test in the middle of the surgery. Sebmech will know this for the first time if he sees this article, but now I wanted to know what the patient Sebmech brought in was like to the people of the hospital.
So once, I told Sebmek that my posture was not too uncomfortable, but I felt stiff and painful. Sebmech immediately delivered it to the staff, but suddenly one or two people were busy, and they made tools to make them comfortable on the spot. So I felt pretty good.
And as other staff members said, there were a lot of people talking. Conversations and songs that I really didn't understand continued. However, in my case, it wasn't bad for me to enjoy the conversation if I wore a mask and didn't spit. Even if we talked, our hands and eyes were facing my head. And when the surgery time became longer than I thought, I was a little worried because the staff were hungry and tired. I was worried because I thought that people would be annoyed even if they were paid for what they had to do and it was difficult, but I was relieved to see the team leader and nurses working while humming songs in the middle of the surgery even after 7 o'clock. And it bothered me that the staff often went out of the operating room and came in, but those who went out and came in changed new gloves and worked. Also, do you remember your name and it hurts to call your name?Is it okay? It's amazing to see you do it.
And speaking of Sebmeck, he was a typical Gyeongsang-do man. In addition, Sebmech's health was not good and he was recovering, so he became reticent and laughed less. Still, I tried to be bright and take good care of him, and I often checked if there was anything that made me sad. Especially during the transplant process and after that, I definitely felt professional. A clear communication in fluent Turkish was a given, and it was sure to take care of the hospital staff and the medicine.
To give you other information, Sebmech's former roommate and the same brother from his hometown came In the future, if he has time to prepare meals with Sebmech, pick up patients, and tour, he will do it separately. The older brother, who came to get surgery with me, was also with me, who was new to most of the meals and sightseeing, but he is kind and seems to have excellent cooking skills.Of course, you can also speak Turkish.
And starting on the day I returned, Sebmech changed the accommodation to a big and nice place. Previously, if the patients were staying in a three-bedroom house in Sebmech, they would now decorate the guest house in a large space... ...and I'm not sorry that I can't stay in that house...lol. And the other thing is that the new law in Turkey has changed, so the hospital has moved the operating room to a large hospital with good facilities. So the surgery will be carried out in an antique palace-like hospital...I also said that I will be moving to the hospital the day I come back... lol The biggest reason why I am writing this long and detailed is that I want to hear your precious opinions about how the surgery went well and what it was like for others. I am a student who studies, so I wrote it in as much detail as I can because I don't have time, so if you give me a note because other people are curious about it, it would be difficult to send me a reply. And through this article, I wanted to thank my other operated brother who has been my friend and mental support while living together.
The preoperative picture is a bit shocking, but I'll post it as soon as Sebmek sends me the picture. I didn't have any hair on the part with the scab. Many people have already told me how to contact Sebmech, but if it's annoying, I'll write it down. view_theworld@yahoo.co.kr
