Working out.. I jog once a week.. Push-ups and sit-ups
I'm doing it every day. And I eat black beans 3 times a week at night

I sometimes drink green tea and try to drink a lot of water. And I sleep at least 1pm
I almost slept before.. Oh, and I'm definitely eating Puka.
