As a middle aged man in my 50s, I've tried everything from artificial hair transplantation, 2 incisions (about 10 years ago) in Taiwan, hair care, sampu, dosage, etc. and finally got about 3500 hair follicles in total from Mikelan to the back of my head and beard.
