Hair transplantation is more important than anything else because the final result is finally confirmed after a year.

It is a space where members are diagnosed with their condition after surgery and counseled on postoperative management, case-by-case occurrence, and additional supplementation methods.

It has the most clinical data in the world, where doctors related to hair transplantation also visit to study cases.

Thank you to all the seniors who left a meaningful record that can't express its value to someone preparing for surgery.

Leaving photo data after surgery is also "patient strength" and is a strong insurance policy against future unexpected surgical outcomes.

The second picture.
The third picture of the forehead (drug dose x) a day before surgery on September 6, 2010. The fourth picture of the crown (drug dose x) a day before surgery on September 6, 2010.
The 5th photo in the resting room after incision in the hospital during surgery on September 7, 2010.
2010.09.07 Three hours after surgery (a part planted with a lot of blood stains) from 2 weeks to 4 weeks of surgery, the accompanying drop of the existing hair was severe. The transplant area is barely covered with bangs.

Most of the transplant hair was not missing until the 30th day of surgery, but some of the hair that was falling out was pulled out by holding it lightly with your hand. Photo 6.
2010.10.26 Forehead (50th day of surgery, 39th day of medication) All transplants have been eliminated and none. I can't even see the hair coming up. The 7th picture.
2010.10.26 Top of the head (50th day of surgery, 39th day of medication) No hair visible. 8th photo.
2010.10.26 Sections (Day 54 of Surgery) Still feeling convex, quite a lot of redness and quite a few empty spots. 9th photo.
2010.11.05 Forehead (60th day of surgery, 49th day of medication) All transplants have been dropped and none. Looks like it's coming up a little fluffy but doesn't feel big. 10th pic.
2010.11.05 Top of the head (60th day of surgery, 49th day of medication) No hair visible. About 50 days of medication, I feel like my head has a little bit of strength in it.

Currently, all transplant hair at the transplant site has been removed and there is no effect of surgery as if it went back before transplantation. After 2 to 3 months, I can see it coming up little by little, so I'm waiting every day for the transplant hair to come up..

Gender: 男 Age: early 20s.Mid-term hair loss type: Originally wide forehead + thinning of front hair + recognition of hair loss in upper extremity: Surgery type about 1 year ago: incision method (planting hair). 2190 hair transplant to the hairline. Number of transplanted hair: 1530 hair follicles 2190 hair (I can't remember exactly.. ) Surgery Hospital: Date of Damo hair transplant Hair Transplant surgery in Yeonsan-dong, Busan: After selecting the hospital on September 7, 2010: I live in Busan, and I didn't even think about going abroad or Seoul because I still don't have enough money for surgery because I'm a student, and I think Damo in Busan, who I got to know as Damo, has a good result of surgery, so I did it here.

First of all, the director is very kind. Once, an infinite sense of trust was formed in the consultation. When I went to the surgery consultation, I didn't say a word, but I gave a presentation alone for about 40 minutes (show me a picture of the branch). Actually, before coming to Damo, I had a surgery date and an advance payment of 100,000 won at Busan xxxx Hospital. However, when I went to the xxxx hospital to consult, I just looked at it once, and in a kind of unlucky way, xxx is male hair loss. (without asking if he has a family history or if he's on any other medication) and then suddenly we move on to surgery.. It only took two to three minutes to set the date for the surgery. However, Mr. Damo was very kind and carefully examined and explained a lot about this and that. I was so grateful to think of the xx hospital, which even set the surgery date in 2-3 minutes. So, even though I set the surgery date right away, I couldn't trust the doctor, and I was really nervous, so I said I would cancel the surgery, and I booked a surgery at Damo, Busan, and came home.

● Hair Transplant Surgery 1) Arrives at the hospital at 9:40.
On top of that, a female manager puts a prescription prepared by her and asks her to go to the pharmacy on the first floor and buy painkillers and antibiotics.

2) We're going to have an incision in the back of the head at 10 o'clock.
I finished at around 10:30 and went to rest until 12:30 in the room inside the operating room. (I went to the surgery alone, so I thought what if I lost my wallet during the surgery.. There's a room in the O.R., so there's never a risk of losing it.. )There was a computer and a bed in the rest room. I was resting there, so they gave me lunch around 12 o'clock. (Bibimbap) I waited a little while after eating it, so I took 2 pills of Tylenol and went into surgery.

3) Starting at 12:30 p.m., I start planting separate transplants during my break.
The nurse next to me did the hair counter, and the director also called me every 100 to 200 mother units. I was going to call out all the 2000 hundreds of hairs just in case this hospital would cheat my hair, but the director called me every 100 to 200 hairs, so I didn't pay much attention to the ceremony, and when I told him one by one and it was about 100 hairs, he also countered that I had planted 100 hairs accordingly. It really doesn't seem to deceive the number of hairs. I had 2,190 hair follicles for 1530 hair follicles.. (I don't remember exactly...) The director expected 2,500 because there were too many single hairs.. It came out less than I thought, but he said he planted all the parts to plant.. Usually, if the number of hair follicles is more than 1,500 hair follicles, 2500 to 2800 hair comes out, but it's really low. There are a lot of hair follicles, but if the number of hair is not that long.. He laughed and said it was a loss to him.. Thanks to you, the expected cost of surgery was only 2,200.. Still, I was very disappointed because I thought it would have been nice to plant more.

4) After a little over 2 o'clock, the Hair Transplant was complete, and I listened to the precautions from the director for about 10 minutes, and I got a piece of paper with disinfectant supplies and precautions and came home.

5) It was very painful until two or three days after the surgery. First of all, my forehead swells a lot, and as time goes by, it keeps coming down and so swollen that I can't even open my eyes. I disappeared about five days later. Day 3 or 4 was the worst. My eyes are swollen, so I can't open them.
The incision in the back of the head was also painful every time I slept heavily until 10 days later and the thread was removed. It was very inconvenient.
Please refer to office workers who are thinking of Hair Transplant. The hospital says you can work in three days after the Hair Transplant. That's ridiculous, and in my opinion, we need at least five days.

6) I washed my hair for the first time on the 4th day, including the day of the hair transplant. I washed it at home. There are no separate facilities in the hospital. I just washed it with regular shampoo. The surgical site was wrapped for about 20 days by releasing water and shampoo into a paper cup.

7) On the 12th day, including the transplant date, the back of the head was removed. At this time, the scab was split like a footpath and stuck together, so the director thought he could remove the scab at this point, so I soaked it in lukewarm water when I came home, then foamed it with shampoo and removed it completely. And on the day of the thread removal, the director recommended that I try drug treatment, so I was prescribed Proscar and am taking it every day.

8) Until the first month of surgery, most of the transplant hair was stuck together. A month passed, and I fell in love with it just by touching it. The director told me to just take out the transplant mothers that fall out just by catching them, so I took out some of the ones that fall out just by catching them.. Most of the transplants were eliminated on the 40th. But the dropout together was no joke. From the back of the head and the front of the planted hair, the existing mothers fell out too much, maybe stressed. So now, overall, I don't have much hair than before I Hair Transplant.

9) It's been about 60 days since the surgery. I don't see any hair that has come up. If you turn on a very bright stand and look in the mirror, it looks like it's very fine hair, and it looks like it's stuck like a ballpoint pen, but it doesn't feel like it's coming up at all, so it's very disturbing every day.
And the hairline part with the hair transplant is okay without much pain, but the incision in the back of the head is problematic. There's a lot of redness left.. I'm still feeling a little bolty and I'm worried that my head looks pretty empty around the suturing area.. And the top of the head still has little sensation like touching other people's hair. The medication is about 50 days old. The top of the head is still empty. However, if there's a little change, after 50 days, I feel like my hair is putting strength in it.. Before, my hair was really weak like the top of my head + my bangs were dancing on my own.. Around 50 days of medication, I feel like I've put in quite a bit of energy.. Maybe it's just my feeling..

Anyway, that's all.. I heard that hair usually comes up from 2 to 3 months.. It's been two months, and I haven't heard from you.. I can't help but wait.

I think it will be a lot of reference for those who want to have surgery here after looking at my Hair Transplant progress. I will update the photos of the operation progress every month around the time my head rises little by little.

I haven't thought much about it since the surgery.. After about two months, I'm anxious.. I'm learning the theory that it doesn't take two to three months after the surgery to come up a little bit.. Still, I'm really anxious because there's no change.. I ask for your help in the future to seniors who underwent surgery in Damo, Busan.
