Hair transplantation is more important than anything else because the final result is finally confirmed after a year.
It is a space where members are diagnosed with their condition after surgery and counseled on postoperative management, case-by-case occurrence, and additional supplementation methods.
It has the most clinical data in the world, where doctors related to hair transplantation also visit to study cases.
Thank you to all the seniors who left a meaningful record that can't express its value to someone preparing for surgery.
Leaving photo data after surgery is also "patient strength" and is a strong insurance policy against future unexpected surgical outcomes.

Actually, I didn't mean to post a review, but.. I was wondering if the information I gave you would be of any help to those who are considering surgery, so I posted it after thinking about it.
I wrote it down neatly by subject.
I wrote about surgery, non-surgery, and medical content as far as I know.
If you think it's a part-time job.. Don't look at anything else and show your sense of only checking and passing objective information.
*As I said before you.. I'm a male college student in my 20s.
I didn't have hair loss.
The forehead was naturally wide and M-shaped, so I underwent surgery to reinforce the M shape and make a hairline.
It's not hair loss.. I didn't take any medicine before and after surgery, and I still don't have it now.
Of course, there is no medicine to apply.
I don't drink or smoke.
*About choosing a hospital..
Many people who are worried about hair loss probably think the most important thing is which hospital they will get surgery at.
I was like that, too.
Cost will be important in choosing a hospital, but the most important thing for me personally... I think it's the doctor's conscience(?) and honesty.
In fact, I think the boundaries between success and failure in surgery can be very ambiguous except in a few cases where it goes wrong.
Because the doctor and the patient do not have the same view of the surgery(?) and satisfaction with the results.
For example... From a doctor's point of view, the success of the surgery can be considered a good operation if it minimizes occipital scarring, shows average incidence and density, and has no other side effects, but patients think it is a success only when they have as many cosmetic effects as they want.
So, I personally think that the most important factor in successful surgery is to meet an honest doctor who tells us the results of each other's thoughts before surgery without adding or subtracting the process, the progress, and the side effects.
In my case, I'm a big city.. I tried to choose a hospital between Seoul and Busan.(I didn't even think about foreign countries.) I visited 3 hospitals in Busan and 1 in Seoul for consultation among some of the hospitals mentioned in Daemo before the surgery.
There are many hair transplant hospitals in Seoul.. Due to the cost issue, I received counseling mainly at hospitals in Busan.
Then, I chose the Han Sang-bo hair transplant hospital, which I trusted the most among the hospitals I consulted.
I felt the doctor's honesty. I also liked that the surgery must be carried out every other day, no matter how many patients there are.
You're a human being.. He said it's hard to operate every day..
And even though more than 1,000 people have operated since 2002, I liked that you did not promote any other hospitals. (You've been writing to Da Mo for some time now, man.) Although the hospital wasn't famous because of the lack of reviews posted online by those who underwent surgery, I chose it based on the photos you showed me during the consultation, more than a thousand experiences, and honest explanations, and I'm happy with it now.
(Of course, the cost was a bit onerous for me as a student.) *How to extract the occipital region (an incision or a non-excision) I'm sure many people are concerned about this, too. I had an incision.
It's not hair loss right now, but.. In the future, I had an incision in case the hair loss progressed and I had to do the second and third rounds.
I'd like to write something about the nasal incision, but.. I don't know anything.. I'll pass it.
*If you look through the transplant method (planting machine or slit), there are a lot of articles about planting machine and slit.
Most of the time, it's about which one comes out more dense.
You may know that the slit method, which is usually used in foreign countries, has a better density.
I knew that, but I found out while going to various hospitals for counseling..
The hair transplant society announced that both the hair transplant and the slit have nothing to do with density..
Society = latest medical information.. This is the correct information, right??
I think the reason why it's divided into hospitals that use hairplants, hospitals that use slits, is because the doctor himself chooses the most confident, preferred method.
"The post below is written by a member named Nao, and I think it's a very good post, so I'll put a link on it."
As he said, I also think it's a meaningless debate about whether it's a planting or a slit.
I think it's the sincerity and skill of the doctor that affects the outcome rather than whether it's a mosquito or a slit.
For your information, I had surgery with a hair implanter.
http://daedamo.com/new/bbs/board.php?bo_table=graft≀_id=86531&sca=&sfl=wr_name&stx=Nao&sop=and&page=3 Here's a piece of medical information..
You know that scar tissue is hard, so the incidence rate decreases a lot, right?
Like that.. Whether it's a slit or a hair transplant, the scalp becomes stronger than before surgery.
That's why it affects the incidence of secondary and tertiary surgeries..
In the case of placenters, the size of the hair is different, so.. There are four types.
It is said that the smaller the hair implanter, the less firm the scalp is.
In the case of Slit.. You're cutting the area where you're going to plant your hair with a knife.. Of course, it's going to get harder, right??
It's not going to stop your scalp from getting harder in any case, but..
in a way that minimizes.. I personally think it would be better to choose.
*Scars The scar here is not a hard skin tissue, but a scar that occurs when the occipital region is incised.
If the surgery goes really well, you'll get a scar like a line of a signed pen.
The scar is a month and a couple of months after the surgery.. It's getting smaller as time goes by..
The picture of the scar above is from 8 months old.
The scar came out a little big because I took it with a high-quality camera, but if you look in the mirror and look at the back of your head, it's not as big as the picture.
In my case..The left part of the scar is hard to find even if you look through your head while looking in the mirror (one line of sign pen) The right side is easier to find than the left side.
That doesn't mean it's obvious.
It's hard to find the right side, too, unless someone else deliberately rummages through their head looking for scars. (The teacher said that the left side is 1-1.5mm and the right side is 2.5mm-3mm.) Oh, I didn't tell you why the difference is between the right and left sides of the scar.
Because of the structure of my room... It's very comfortable to watch when I lie on my side and watch TV.. I've been lying on my side since about a month after my surgery and watching TV with my arm around my head.. The right side is a little big.
To give you some medical information here..
Immediately after the suture is released, only the dermis is attached, and it is said that it is actively recovering under the dermis for about three months.
So be careful for up to three months Don't make a mistake like me haha and the color of the scar starts to blush right after the surgery, so it varies from person to person, but it usually lasts for about 6 months.
*Density and birth rate surgery that separates success and failure.. It's a very important part!I need to talk to the doctor a lot before the surgery.. It's that kind of theme!
As you can see from the picture.. I... That's how it came out.
I'm currently satisfied.
You can't tell even if it's full in the bath. My friends didn't know..
But! I can see a little bit of scalp when I dry my hair with a dryer after a bath.
I don't think my friends know.. I can see it. I think the density of the transplant is different from that of the existing head.. I don't think there's anything I can do about it.
I'm afraid...I think this is the limit of hair transplantation.
My hair is a little thick and thick.. I think it's more different from the existing hair.
However, the teacher planted the angle at the time of transplantation to match the existing hair growth angle, so there is no problem in creating a style.
I think it'll be better if we do it twice.. I'm just going to be satisfied here. The density is better on the right side than in the middle The left side is better than the right side.
There is a difference in density, but no density reinforcement after surgery was required.
Because.. This is because I've been told before surgery that the density of left, center, and right cannot all be the same.
I don't think the operating doctor is doing it on purpose.
It's kind of.. I think it's the mystery of the human body.
Well, if there's such a big difference that I don't want to see at all.. It's going to be different, but as you can see from the picture, that's.. I think it's natural.
The birth rate is..Under the same conditions.. I think it depends on your body's ability to undergo surgery.
Also, I think I heard at first glance that the thicker the dermis layer, the better it gets stuck.
Both sides of the scalp are a little thicker than the center, so there's a difference.. If you look at the people who post it on the chatroom.. Someone asked me to post a picture right after my surgery and see what the density is..
I think density is more important than density.
Planting 60 per square centimeter and flying 90 per cent is better in terms of density than planting 80 per cent and flying 60 per cent..
Therefore, it seems more important to plant at the right intervals in the right number than to plant at a high density without intention.
In the case of the birth rate.. It is important to collect hair follicles without injury when collecting hair follicles..
I don't want my hair follicle hurt.. The planting interval should be appropriate.. It's hard to predict how raw it will be.
Usually, women rather than men, and light scalp rather than hard scalp. It is said that the younger people are, the higher the birth rate.
Even older men in their 50s who live with alcohol and cigarettes every day have high birth rates.. I think it's really, really hard to predict.
Assuming that a skilled doctor undergoes proper surgery under the same conditions, the difference in birth rate between individual patients..
Mystery of the human body!! I don't think there's any other way to explain it than that.
Also, I don't want you to believe numbers like 90% and 80% that the hospital says..
Because it's very subjective..
Don't be obsessed with the numbers and look at the results!! I think it's important to check it as.
In my case.. The teacher says the birth rate is about 80%.
He says that the cases he operated on are not very good or very bad, but average.
The bottom line is.. The birth rate and the density are very, very important... ...and there's a very big correlation... ...to see an experienced practitioner for a successful operation.
If you have a lot of experience, there's something called average.
*Postoperative scalp pulling symptoms I don't know if the expression is right.. I'll just use it.
After surgery, the senses in the back and top of the head are temporarily lost.
I don't know if the metaphor is appropriate, but..
Should I say it's like when I have a cramp in my leg?
I'll give you some medical information to explain why you're experiencing these symptoms..
It is said that the sensation is lost because the bone membrane is damaged during occipital incision.
There are countless nerves passing through this periosteum.
Most of these nerves are not very important, so they don't have a name.
(Of course, there are important nerves.) The incision needs to be made to the top of the periosteum to be sutured..It's a proper operation..
You can minimize nerve damage, because the boundaries are mm..They say it's very hard.
Also, no matter how well it went, it was inevitable that some nameless nerves would be touched.
In that case, it is said that the symptoms of pull continue for a short month or for a long period of six months and most of them return to normal.
In my case, I think it's been less than a month since the surgery went well.
However, there seem to be people who continue to have symptoms. In this case... ...for your information, during my surgery, my doctor took a picture of the preserved bone wall and showed it to me after the surgery.
The white membrane was preserved.
I have a picture.. I won't upload this.
One day.. I think I was told I shouldn't post pictures taken during surgery..
(I won't send it to you even if you request it personally.) *Other good miscellaneous information to know..
-After transplantation, the transplant site sometimes rises like a lump. (About two or three times a month) It's called a scar in the scalp while the transplant site is being restored..
It hurts when you touch it.. Most disappear after a day or two, but some don't.
It's totally my opinion.... I don't think even doctors can predict this part before surgery.
For your information, I.. It's been almost nine months now and I still have it.
I'll have to ask the teacher how long it will be.
-Transplant mothers vary from person to person, but they usually have curly hair from a year and a half to two years.
My hair is really curly, so I sometimes straighten it with a curling iron.
-My doctor told me I wasn't sick during the surgery.. You cheated on me..Lol it hurt a lot when I was giving anesthetic injections. But other than that, it didn't hurt.
Also, my scalp is thick, so I can't anesthetize well.. I remember putting more anesthesia little by little when I felt pain in the middle of planting.
It's gotten a lot longer after using it..
Most of the medical information written above was from Han Sang-bo.
If there is anything wrong, I believe the teacher will correct it with a ripple.
The surgical process, the technique..
It was written in detail on the hospital website and blog, so it wasn't written down separately.
If there's anything else that comes to mind, I'll write it down as a ripple.
I hope this has been helpful to you.
I wish you all the best~ The p.s parameter is..2100 mo.. That's about it.
Specifically.. Was it 2121?
Anyway, that's about it.
I took vitamins that I bought at the hospital for a month right after the surgery
I heard it increases the rate of birth...
It's not to the extent that we're conscious, but only to the teacher's eyes.
