Hair transplantation is more important than anything else because the final result is finally confirmed after a year.

It is a space where members are diagnosed with their condition after surgery and counseled on postoperative management, case-by-case occurrence, and additional supplementation methods.

It has the most clinical data in the world, where doctors related to hair transplantation also visit to study cases.

Thank you to all the seniors who left a meaningful record that can't express its value to someone preparing for surgery.

Leaving photo data after surgery is also "patient strength" and is a strong insurance policy against future unexpected surgical outcomes.

The United States joins forces like this.

I'm posting a message on the bulletin board as I'm afraid that everything will be helpful for the future of many comrades in my home country.

After reading a lot of articles here, I thought the entire process of transplantation in the United States and Korea was very similar, but I will focus on what I feel is a little different or what I think is necessary for people in Korea (or discussed on the bulletin board).
First of all, you can know that I am in a similar state in many ways to the person who wrote number 5281 below.

1. Consultation
Free counseling is provided in advance, and the first thing is to talk about transplant surgery with a professional counselor and to talk about it in detail with the doctor, and then you are diagnosed with the current hair loss condition with the doctor. I've heard that the Norwood classification is about 4A to 5A middle. And the number of transplants is predicted by drawing on a paper picture about the size of a three-fold paper with a human head, which is then divided into three parts: front, top, and back with hairline. In my case, I was offered to plant 500-1200 at the front, 200-400 at the top, and 100-200 at the back of the glove, and decided on the maximum of course (1800 total). For your information, we don't do more than 1800 procedures at a time here. In Korea, they do 2,000 to 3,000, more than 4,000 each, right? The place I consulted is B*** Medical, the most famous hair transplant hospital in the U.S. for 28 years. (If you write your name here, you'll be taken away, so I only use your initials.) Anyway, the transplant survival rate is guaranteed to be 98-99% That's what they said. Or.... And get free parking stamps (Manhattan is as expensive as Seoul). If you have an hour or two, it will cost over $40. They also pay for flights for people who come from afar for surgery.) It's a service that's possible because the procedure is frighteningly expensive.. Please understand that the price is too expensive compared to Korea, so I feel sorry for it, so the specific price is short.
2. Surgery
After making a reservation and waiting for three weeks, I arrived by 7:30 in the morning, the appointment time on the day. After that, I prepared the documents for about an hour, pre-payment, lunch menu designation (only sandwiches), picked videos to watch during surgery (about 50 episodes prepared), and I did this and that, and it was around 8:30 p.m.The design of the part to be operated by the doctor in charge, anesthesia, and air collection seem to be similar to those of Korea, and there were four hair follicle separation teams. Separation workers don't use microscopes, they just use magnifying glasses and separate. The treatment method seems to be outdated in Korea (though it is my guess), and the doctor pokes it as if it were a cut in advance on the treatment area. The awl is done at a very proficient speed, and one nurse counts one by one and the other nurses write the numbers for each part on the drawing. The nurse who counted once or twice was wrong, but the recorder corrected the numbers right away. The density is distributed by comparing the number that the doctor has stabbed so far with the number remaining in the future while looking at the chart with the nurse in between. In this way, we first prepare the places for transplantation in the morning, and the doctor leaves. And the nurses directly transplant the separated hair follicles, one by one, along the dug groove, tap them with their fingers several times, and press them again with their hands for several seconds. At first, I wondered because the doctors didn't do the procedure and the nurses did it, but when I thought about it again, it was too much for a single doctor to do it (six nurses attached at a time for two or three people to take turns in the morning and afternoon), and the work was so simple that concentration and sincerity were important. It seemed that there was no need for any skills. If the technology is to adjust the density and direct the hair properly, would it be a technology.. The success of hair transplantation depends on 10% experience and 90% meticulousness. Anyway, the doctor came in in the afternoon and filled up the remaining 1800 exactly and the surgery was finished around 4 p.m. Just before the operation was over, the accountant came and asked me why I had to sign my credit card again, and the number of transplants today was 1780, so I was going to refund 20 worth of them.
What? If I were you, I'd go with two, thirty or less.. Scary people...
Anyway, in this way, the numbers are counted accurately. If you look at the transplant surgery advertisement here (it makes TV advertisements ignorant at night). I was very curious about how you could know that the mother planted 785 and the mother planted 1,467 when compared to Before After, but since I separated and organized my hair, I have stacked 20 of them in a pile so that I can know the total. And I'm going to take 45 minutes, and I'm going to take a bandage, and I'm going to choose a bandage pattern, and I'm going to go with a pink bandage, and I'm going to go with a white one, and I'm going to go with a pair of ski hats and headscarves that I've got in the hospital for the first time in my life.

3. Postoperative matters
A.About 1 -Professia, who seemed only to speak, (I've been living without paying attention to the big hair for over the past 10 years...)
I paid 150 dollars and got six months' worth. It's important to eat at the same time every day.
About 6 antibiotics for 2 days, sleeping pills, pain relievers, strong ones, little by little
Approximately 3 - Nutritional supplements for recovery 1 month, 7 pills per day (this hospital product in Multi-Vitami/Mineral Pack)
B.Remove the head bandage after 24 hours.
C.Hair cold-You can wash it yourself the next day or you can wash it yourself after 48 hours. When I asked if it would be better if I didn't wash it for a long time, there were various side effects such as hygiene, so just wash it. Yeah, let's not put up with it for 10 days to be more than 98 percent alive! However, in a cup, add a little bit of dandruff shamp and 2. Dandruff shamp- both made in this hospital, general dandruff shamp would be fine) and mix it with lukewarm water and wash it while pouring it on your head. Don't take the shower yourself. If you massage the part where the shampoos are stitched in a spiral shape with your fingers for 5-10 minutes, you can prevent the chest from clumping.Use the weak, not hot wind of the hair dryer to blow dry the hair from about 50 cm away.
D.The scab in the transplant section begins to fall off in the middle of a hair wash within a week or two, and the transplant hair also falls out, which can help rub the scab (in the middle of a shamp) with the tip of your finger, not your fingernail. --I don't think it's good to leave a scab for too long.
F.Sunlight-Be careful not to expose the surgical site to direct sunlight for 3 months after surgery. You should prevent your skin from burning and turning black. Cover when exposed for more than 15 minutes.
G.Pouring is reduced by ice-packing for 15 minutes every hour, and use a high pillow.
H.Exercise-The first week is light and the second week is moderate intensity, after which you can do it normally, and you can also apply haircuts, swimming, Sun Block lotion, or Rogaine. You can dye your hair, too.

It's about this much.  If there is anything lacking later, I will make up for it. I was so sleepy because it was early in the morning..
The writing got longer than I thought. I'm sure most of you know this, but please watch it as a loyalty that I want to help anyone
I hope you don't get dragged around too much by your hair.

In New York.
