And on the day of surgery, don't take off your beanie even when you sleep.

Honestly, when I sleep.. I can't sleep on the flat ground because my neck pillow is a bit uncomfortable. I'm going to make a slope with an eble plus a regular bag on the bed

I slept on my back with a neck pillow. (It was because I felt like blood was pouring when I did a neck pillow on the plain.)

The quality of my sleep is a bit low..

And the next day, I go to the hospital and blow beanie and gauze and do hair shamp..

When drying the hair transplant, they ask for cold air. As expected... Your hair must not have a good heat

And a Schamp and Healing Stray for home use? I bought it because I heard it's good to use it.

It's a little bit expensive. But he's already got a hair transplant I bought it to make an investment until the end.

Now, I'm going to blow the gauze and post a picture of me when I get home the day after the surgery.
