1) Motivation for hair transplantation
Due to the wide forehead, I had my hair down in my 20s, and at some point, I felt like my hair was empty, so I had my hair up since my 30s. (I have a small amount of hair.) I was getting more stressed because my hair didn't set up well, but I found out about hair transplantation at my wife's recommendation. I thought about it for the first time and looked into it in earnest after 6 months.
2) Hospital selection
I was the first to look at the design because I didn't have any knowledge of hair transplants. There may be individual differences, but Han Sang-bo liked the design the most, and secondly, after the transplant, the management prohibited other hospitals from detecting or touching it for 1-2 weeks, but Han Sang-bo said he could wash it as he pleases after 4 days. I'm self-employed, so I had to work right from Monday after the transplant on Saturday, so that was an advantage for me. In my personal opinion, managing for a week or two is stressful and patient responsibility is added to the patient. It may be good to go to many hospitals, but I made a reservation right after consultation. I trusted you and decided to do it.
3) the idea of a planting/slit
Before transplantation, I thought that the hair direction would be better for the hair planting, and I thought simply that it would be better to plant it while drilling.
I think the most important thing to think about after transplantation is which surgical method the doctor is familiar with and good at. I don't think there's an answer.

4)What I felt during the transplant process
The transplant process is omitted because many others explain it. If I only describe what I felt, I was not very bored because I had sleep anesthesia in the middle. There may be a little bit of pain. I had a lot of blood, but I stopped taking nutritional supplements a week ago, and I think it was because I ate so much. Personally, I think it's better to cut it off for about 10 days^^ I remember the teacher jokingly saying, "You must have eaten a lot of good things."
5)Hair growth after transplantation
I don't remember the exact time frame, but the dark climates are at different speeds, and at some point they have become almost identical.
My hair was naturally curly, so I came out with more curly hair, but I'm doing it straight (iron perm). This part will only be accurate in 2-3 years, but it's much better to have curly hair than no hair because the line is satisfying. The density is less than that of conventional hair. If you look closely, there may be empty parts. I think it's right to keep that in mind. Even in the preoperative hospital, I think it's 50-60% normal density. If it goes well, the density will come out more, but I think we need to increase the additional density in the second round. However, if you style it in the first place, it will be covered.
6) Secondary reinforcement
In early June, we added 400 second reinforcement caps. I thought I wouldn't have to do it before reinforcement, but now that I'm doing it, I'm looking forward to a year later.
My teacher said we'll see each other in 10 years. There's no business in the years^^ I may have to take care of it while eating Propsia and do it again later. I think it would be good to keep the second round in mind in the hospital as well as in my personal opinion.

1. the day of Hair Transplant
-I left a detailed review last time, so I'll briefly talk about this part and move on. The most worrisome part of the day is probably pain. It hurts, but if you endure this time well, it's worth it. If you are worried about the pain, I recommend you to transplant it so that you don't worry too much.
2. Between the 1st and 2nd weeks
It is possible to do outdoor activities after about 3 days, and if you cover your hair well even after a week, you can hardly tell. Repeat the appearance and fall of the booger. If you use a weak acid shampoo purchased at the hospital every day and wash your hair gently, the scabs fall several times each time you wash your hair. And there is a very itchy situation due to the scab, but it gets better if you put your head in it. So don't scratch it as much as possible. If it's itchy, I think it's better to wash your hair. And since it was an incision type, the back of the head pulled and sutured skin feels pulled and uncomfortable, but it gets better after about two weeks.
3. Between the 2nd and 4th weeks
Now I can feel my hair growing. I think the transplanted hair grows to about 1 to 2 cm in length is palpable by hand. Of course, there are some hair that gets pulled out because it's not transplanted well. However, I think it will grow well if I don't scratch it, drink it, and don't get inflamed. For those who sweat a lot on their head and often itch, I think it would be better to do it in spring and autumn or winter than in summer.
4. After the 5th week
I visited Umchan Clinic and checked the progress. He took pictures, did electrotherapy(?) and laser therapy(?) and applied vitamin ampoule. The doctor also calmly said, "As long as you don't drink and don't get inflamed. I think that's great." The nurses responded kindly, and they said they could misbehave in eight months.
General evaluation, I would like to tell you not to worry too much for those who are worried that it will greatly interfere with their work or outside activities. And my acquaintances around me also talk about the hospital, but I think a doctor like Umchan has more experience than a large plastic surgery, and a hospital specializing in Hair Transplant would be better. I had a hair transplant on August 27th. It's already been two weeks because time goes by so fast. I went to the hospital yesterday and checked the progress of the second week. The director looked at it and told me that it is time for the dark age to begin, and I will come back after I fall out, so don't be too anxious. They said you can think of it as a process of losing your hair.
I filled in the M-shape a little and transplanted it around the front and top of the head. A total of 4,000mo was held. When I consulted again, the director recommended that it was the most natural to look at my head and hair style, so I trusted and left it to him.
I was so nervous when I entered the operating room, but I had a stinging feeling when the injection came in, and other than that, I was fine. The anesthesia was done properly, so there was no pain after that. The process of collecting and transplanting followed, about 5 hours? 6 hours?I think I was in the hospital.
I usually cut my hair short and wear a hat often, so I thought about it and proceeded with a non-cut shaved head. The director did everything from collection to transplantation, and I felt that he was meticulous while watching.
After the surgery, he prescribed the medicine and emphasized that you should avoid alcohol and cigarettes for at least two weeks.
It was okay because I didn't smoke, and I drink alcohol sometimes, so it wasn't too hard to endure it.
For 2-3 days after the surgery, it was a little hard because of the itching rather than the pain. It's quite hard to endure what my hands keep trying to do. Still, there is no big inconvenience after that period.
It hasn't been long since the surgery, so I don't know any noticeable changes. Still, as the director said, I believe it will be abundant if you take care of it step by step and wait. I hope it can be a little bit of reference to those who are worried like me.
