Before the surgery, I also spent a lot of time on Daemo for help, and after the surgery, I felt a lot of satisfaction, so I am posting this to add a little bit to the help I got from Daemo.
I am in my late 20s with extensive hair loss.
Although I am young, I couldn't live a normal life in my 20s due to hair loss that started in high school. For my age, I was worried because it was not an M-shape, but broad-spectrum hair loss, and I could not be satisfied with a small amount of hair follicles.
Due to a lot of stress of having to rely entirely on a hat, I have been without much treatment (giving up), but I have been interested in hair transplants for about a year before getting a job and have acquired various knowledge through the Internet.
After deciding to transplant hair, I went to most famous domestic hospitals to receive counseling regardless of incision and non-intersection. The important part here is that when I had a hair transplant, I wanted to shave my head. It wasn't inevitable because it was hair loss, but it was shaved in a state where the hair was present, even if it wasn't enough to satisfy the hairline or the top of the head. Of course, I considered the situation where I had to shave my hair when I lost more hair as I got older.
So there are a few things that I set as a preoperative principle.
The point was that the scar on the back of the head was absolutely impossible in case I got a transplant and shaved my head again. Naturally, the incision was ruled out.
Still, I thought I should find out everything, so I consulted at many hospitals that perform incision procedures, and I recognized that even if a large amount of transplants are made in hospitals famous for incision methods in Korea, more than 6,000 hairs are impossible at once. And the hospital that performs the incision said that the only way to proceed with hair loss is to focus on the front and front of the forehead and solve the top of the head with medicine.
Moreover, the non-excision method is bound to be much more negative in terms of results and satisfaction than incision because there is a limit to the collection of hair follicles as much as possible.
The transplant itself felt hopeless, let alone the hope of shaving after the transplant.
In the meantime, I got to know Mikelan in Cheongdam-dong through Daemo. I knew it was famous for beard transplantation, but I didn't know if mass transplantation was possible through non-excision. First of all, I made a reservation and received counseling with the feeling that it was a place to perform a non-excision procedure.
During the consultation, I found that the punch I used was 0.8mm, which was very thin, and I could collect more than 2,000 hair follicles a day, and if I had enough hair follicles in the back, I could transplant more than 4,000 hair follicles every two days. I've seen a lot of pictures of people who had surgery at other hospitals and came to perform the second surgery, and I could feel the signs of multiple incisions were visually confirmed due to the size of the punch at the back of the head. I felt the importance of punch size again. The cost was cheaper than I thought and it was almost similar to the total cost of foreign hospitals I found, and I decided to do AS in Mikelan a year later and prepared all the procedures calmly.
The biggest reason for choosing a hospital is the above reason, but more important than that, unlike other hospitals that have been consulted countless times, it was not a management-minded hospital, but a hospital that values the completeness and satisfaction of patients the most by performing surgery only once a day. Moreover, I felt the director's unexpected pride and confidence on his face, so I felt that he would be able to believe it.
The primary goal of transplantation is to have some hair up to the top of the head, so I think it doesn't have to interfere with my work life, and after discussing the distribution of hair with the director in depth and modifying the design several times, I decided on the final line and finally underwent surgery. The hair loss progression area is so wide that you set the surgery schedule for two days.
On the first day, I decided to plant the forehead line intensively and went into surgery. The director told me that he breaks down the two and three hairs into a single for the single hairs to plant in the front hairline.

On the second day, I was mentally burdened by the pain of the first day. It was quite difficult during the surgery because there was also body aches. I think I kept thinking during the surgery that it was this hard to live a new life. On the second day, along with the front supplementation, the top of the head was planted intensively.

When I saw myself after surgery, the first day was amazing to have a forehead line, but it was just amazing to feel like my whole head was born. It was just amazing that medicine could change people like this.
The swelling was visible, but according to the director, the swelling was not worse than other people, but rather surprised.
I personally like the eyeliner. In terms of density, I expected it to fall, so I'm not very sure, but I'm satisfied for now because I'm considering even the second surgery.
Fortunately, I had enough hair follicles that could be collected from the back of my head, so I didn't use any whiskers or hair dye at all, but only the back of my head used the non-cut method for mass transplantation.
It was a great relief and a hope for me to be able to transplant in large quantities through nasal incision in Korea. Also, I hope it will serve as good news for those suffering from hair loss and those who are about to undergo surgery.

I was so nervous when I entered the operating room, but I had a stinging feeling when the injection came in, and other than that, I was fine. The anesthesia was done properly, so there was no pain after that. The process of collecting and transplanting followed, about 5 hours? 6 hours?I think I was in the hospital.
I usually cut my hair short and wear a hat often, so I thought about it and proceeded with a non-cut shaved head. The director did everything from collection to transplantation, and I felt that he was meticulous while watching.
