Hair transplantation is more important than anything else because the final result is finally confirmed after a year.

It is a space where members are diagnosed with their condition after surgery and counseled on postoperative management, case-by-case occurrence, and additional supplementation methods.

It has the most clinical data in the world, where doctors related to hair transplantation also visit to study cases.

Thank you to all the seniors who left a meaningful record that can't express its value to someone preparing for surgery.

Leaving photo data after surgery is also "patient strength" and is a strong insurance policy against future unexpected surgical outcomes.

<Top of the head in the 2nd week>

A male in his early 30s who received 3,256 hair treatments by incision at a polyclinic clinic in Yeonsan-dong, Busan at the end of January.

In fact, I was going to post another review in the second week after the thread pulling procedure, but I was busy.

It's late, but five weeks later, I'm posting a review and an interim status report.

10 days after the procedure
1. There's no problem sleeping at night. When I lay my head on the pillow, there is a little bit of tenderness, but it soon disappears.
2. When washing hair: Still careful when washing hair on transplant areas. Just slightly raise the shampoo foam and rub it with your fingerprints. It was said that the incision in the back of the head could be just wrapped, but it cannot be wrapped strongly because there is actually tenderness.

Week 2 of the procedure
1. a visit to remove the thread. It was nice that the nurse disinfected and removed the thread (not painful at all) and even managed the laser on the head (free of charge)! LOL) After laser management, I met with the director to check the current situation, listened to the future progress, and was prescribed medicine. He told me to decide whether to use pinasteride or avodat. I thought about it and decided to go with Pina for now. And it is decided to take a picture of the head near the top of the head and test the efficacy of the drug after 7 months.
2. Same as sleeping at night. The instantaneous tenderness is still there.
3. When washing your hair: a little stronger than 4 days ago. The back of my head still hurts when I press it, so I can't close it strongly.

5th week of procedure (today)
1. I'm taking my medicine at the risk of my life. Side effects such as impotence and sexual desire decline have not been experienced at all. I don't even know that I'm tired. But I'm a little constipated? I feel like I'm coming.
2. I think I lost the most hair between Week 2 and Week 4. I heard it's all coming out, but there are hair that hasn't fallen out so far and is strongly attached even if you pull it with your hand. I feel sad because I think it's definitely more horizontal than before because there's even a companion elimination here. I know it's a dark age, but it still hurts my heart.
3. There's nothing wrong with sleeping at night. You have to press the back of your head hard with your hand to have a little bit of tenderness.
4. When I wash my hair: I washed it as much as I wanted since week 3 because I said I can wash it strongly without caring. Now, the back of the head is also washed well as before the procedure with little pain. I think I washed it from around the 4th week, not much different from before the procedure.
5. After transplantation, only the missing area is sucked. Some cosmetic problems. I don't know if I'll get better in time.
6. After the hair falls off the transplant area, the scalp area is a bit ugly. Is it like pig skin or skin with severe pores...
7. I watched YouTube and found that the hair that falls out in the dark age in the well-worn hair follicles looks like the root part is cut with a knife, but I think the root part is bent like the picture I posted above. I'm worried if it's well-worn or if my hair will grow well in my hair.

The most worrisome thing at the moment is that the scalp is only red after the hair falls off the transplant. Sometimes it's not covered well with bangs, so it's a beauty problem. And the root of the hair that falls off is bent in a J-shape? If there's anyone who's similar to me, please leave a comment (sighing)

It's hard because it's the dark age. I hope my hair grows again soon.
